Whoever thought that ridiculous screech Frank does when executing his special move was the correct sound effect to use... That fellow was on something *strong*.
The devs also seem to think the Tommy Gun has been even remotely relevant after about 1945... never mind now that's clearly the fancy Twenties "gangster" model rather than the later simplified military patterns that actually had serious production runs. But then this is a JP game starring Frank "Gun, All Gun, Like Finger On Hand" Castle of all people as a two-fisted brawler hero so expectations should be calibrated accordingly :d
Can anyone answer this question... In the Punisher, when you end a combo with Up & Attack it throws the enemy backwards. When you end a combo with Down & Attack, it throws the opponent forward. In Cadillacs and Dinosaurs and Fight'N Rage it's the opposite. Up & Attack throws forward, while Down & Attack throws backwards. It sort of makes it annoying to go between certain Capcom games. Warriors of Fate has some characters doing throws one way and others doing the opposite way. In Final Fight, Up or Down & Attack will thrown backwards. Why did Capcom not make the end combo throws consistent across all games? What's the better control? I prefer the way Cadillacs and Dino way. Although it does not really matter. I just wish it was universal.
1. Great game, nice see Frank can keep the body count up with less guns. 2. Outside of Kingpin and Bushwhacker, not many big name bosses. Though it is understandable given most of the Punisher's rogues don't last more than a story arc, if that. 3. Bonebreaker, is he one of those cyborgs who works for Lady Deathstrike? Getting out of being a Wolverine villain seems wise but when you transfer to the Punisher it seems like suicide either way. 4. That Kingpin fight. Frank can lift a 400 pound man. Holy crap. 5. I like that Nick Fury is an alternate character, though I prefer a Steranko Fury.
Right now, only the arcade version exists (which you can play with MAME). It will be part of the upcoming Marvel vs Capcom collection later this year though, for PS4/Switch/Steam.
I wanted to finish him with an Izuna, but I thought it wasn't worth risking getting smacked and dying right at the end, lol. In hindsight, I could have just weakened him with bombs and had some health to take a couple of hits if I really wanted to.

@@GenMasterYou have to roll and push the attack button. Rolling happens by double-tapping the stick in the direction you want to move. If you hold the stick, you will roll for much longer.
