Both cards are so lovely 😍 Love them both equally. As far as FB, I abandoned it many years ago probably like around 2013. I have no desire to go back there. With all that's going on now, I really have no intention of going back there. I'm so sorry. If there was another way I could send you the card somehow. Thanks again for the gorgeous cards as always. You are the queen of cards Natalie. ❤❤❤
I left FB years ago too. I only rejoined so I could start the group, and I only use FB for the group. I only have four friends: my hubby, my kids and my bestie! x
I'm suspending use of FB for the foreseeable future for the same reasons. It makes me sad, because so many great cardmakers post on Natalie's page, but I'm suspending for the same reasons you are. Natalie really is the Queen of cards, and we are so fortunate to have found her!
I’m right there with you!! I had a FB account for a short period just to see photos family & friends posted. I never posted anything. When did it become expected that we ALL are assumed to have FB?
Same here - I only rejoined FB so could start my FB group. I literally only use it for that. I only have four friends on FB ... my hubby, my kids and my bestie. x
The circular shaker card looks great, but my heart is with the blue heart wound with silver! The simplicity of it really spoke to me and I'm going to CASE it, for certain! I barely have a FB account. I never did until a stamping chat board I belonged to for many years had to move to FB when the server previously used gave up the ghost. So I signed up for real but only use it to follow my stamping board. I post only to that private board, do not request or respond to friend requests, and only post to my own account on the anniversary of our daughter's death. I have too many things to do so I cannot afford to spend time on FB otherwise!
I really liked your process for making the aperture and the way you backed the entire card front with the sheet of adhesive. It sure saves a lot of time and frustration (and provides a more study card front). That being said, I think I like the blue one best because I'm not a "pink girl" but love blue and stars. The silver thread was a great touch. Thanks for the sketch and great ideas.
Great bonus video & "challenge" idea. Unfortunately, I don't have FB so I won't be able to participate. But I love both the cards you created & look forward to seeing others created by your FB group. TFS -Sarah
Love both cards. I also really like this monthly sketch challenge concept as it won't be pressurised and everyone can get involved using whatever they have! Fabulous, thank you 😊
Lovely cards as always. You never cease to amaze. I really enjoyed how you did your aperture with the foam sheet. You made shaker cards look so easy. Thank you. 🥰
Love these cards , when you put the vellum circles on the first card I wasn’t sure but when you added the flowers to them it looks stunning . This is an example of your creative mind and my dense one lol thank you Natalie x
Now THAT is the easiest, fastest way I’ve ever seen anyone foam up the shaker! But Idk if my adhesive foam is thick enough. I think it’s only 2mm. I have 1/8” strips that are 3mm I was going to use. I’m doing the foam today on 8 Valentines cards then putting the last finished dies on the front and they’ll be ready to mail! Good timing for this.
@ I thought of that also. But dummy me cut my shaker window too close to the edge to go up a die size! I had to use 1/8” wide strip on that side and 1/2” on the rest. But that was ok because it worked and they turned out spectacularly! I mailed all 8 today because 2 are out of the country. thank you! next time I won’t make that mistake!
Yes I have , mine go flat or have peaks on them , very few are any good . I’m thinking our temperatures here might not help .How do you store them upright or upside down ?
Wow! Love the scatter elements you made for your shaker! And the star card was fabulous - I'm on the hunt for metallic thread! Both cards are very pretty and unique. 👍 I look forward to each and every one of your videos! 🩷 PS: You're almost at 20k subscribers!!!
I'm amazed how many different elements you use and pull together a card seamlessly! I'm packing up for a craft weekend so won't be doing the challenge today, but maybe soon 😊

@nbcascards yes Natalie, I had friends from FB too and they are the ones that I don't what anything to do with from earlier. Thank you very much.
@LaurieONeall I agree
I’m right there with you!! I had a FB account for a short period just to see photos family & friends posted. I never posted anything. When did it become expected that we ALL are assumed to have FB?

Good morning Natalie. The cards are beautiful especially the star one. Thanks so much. ❤ 🇨🇦 😊
You are so welcome!
Great pattern, Natalie! I especially like your silver-threaded star. 😊 I deactivated my FB account many years ago or I’d join your group in a blink.
Same here - I only rejoined FB so could start my FB group. I literally only use it for that. I only have four friends on FB ... my hubby, my kids and my bestie. x
Great cards, love the star one with the silver thread!!

I understand! Thanks for watching. x
Beautiful cards
Thanks so much!
Natalie, both are so beautiful!! I do not post on FB. I only follow you and family on it.
Me too, and am suspending even that for now. I'll miss seeing what Natalie's artists create.
These are both absolutely fabulous cards! Thank you. xxx💖💖💖

You could always cut two layers of your foam and stick them together to get one thicker piece. :)
@ I thought of that also. But dummy me cut my shaker window too close to the edge to go up a die size! I had to use 1/8” wide strip on that side and 1/2” on the rest. I wish my nuvo drops looked like yours Natalie!
Have you watched my video all about them? :)
Yes I have , mine go flat or have peaks on them , very few are any good . I’m thinking our temperatures here might not help .How do you store them upright or upside down ?
I store them upside down and warm them up a bit before using them. x
I do store them upside down but not sure how to warm them up - maybe in a pocket
Beautiful cards. Thank you
You are so welcome!
Both cards are lovely but my favorite is the star card 😊
Thanks so much! 😃
Wow! Love the scatter elements you made for your shaker! And the star card was fabulous - I'm on the hunt for metallic thread! Both cards are very pretty and unique. 👍 I look forward to each and every one of your videos! 🩷

Thanks so much, JH! ❤️❤️❤️
I use sewing thread which I bought from Amazon for my silver thread if that helps
@ That's a great idea! Thank you very much!
Beautiful!❤
Thank you! 😊
Both are sweet!!
Many thanks! 😃❤️👍
Lovely cards, really like the star version.
Thank you! ❤️
I'm amazed how many different elements you use and pull together a card seamlessly! I'm packing up for a craft weekend so won't be doing the challenge today, but maybe soon 😊
Have fun on your weekend! :)
Love, love your cards! I don't know what is happening, but I can barely hear you talking! I don't have that problem with other videos!
Thanks! Have you turned down the volume on the video by accident. RUclips has it's own volume controls for each video.
love the shaker card need to get better at those.
Thank you! x
Are you putting the glue down on the glass mat.?
Yes I am. x
