And I thought of no better way to start the year than revisiting one of my favorite childhood games as an adult. This is how I play fallout new Vegas
1. Make character
2. Press ok to everything
3. Do exploit making all skills 100 at lvl 1
4. Dead money
5. Zion
6. Owb
7. Main game until final battle
8. Lonesome road
9. Say nuh uh to legate
10. Finish game
11. Repeat because this game is fucking amazing
I did lonesome road as my first dlc for once, and god it was hard and rewarding, went in with 2k caps left with 40k LMAO
@555Soupy555 I'm playing this game for the first time and I almost went through into the divide after getting through the nuclear silo until I found out it's supposed to be played last so I went back to the Mohave
@@555Soupy555 u can get 40k caps seling leather armor to goodsprings general store , after u grind your levels you sell your armor every 3 days in game u get 5k caps (every 2 minutes)

They already had the Van Buren script good to go, so they kind of got another chance and improved upon it a lot. It's in my top 3 of best games I've played, but I don't think it was pure luck.

You can enter any dlc at any level, I usually start with lonesome road on lvl 2-3
The Mysterious broadcast isn't classical music, its some of the best Jazz I've heard in the whole game 🎷🎺🥁🎹. Literally listen to that station every playthrough and even to sleep.

One of my favourite things about FNV is there’s no level scaling BS, for loot or enemy difficulty. Wanna go straight to Jacobstown and get the ‘Oh Baby!’ Right from level one and crush everything for the rest of the game right from the get go? Go ahead! Want to nuke everything to high hell at the start of the game then deal with benny and just get forgiven for it? You got it buster! It’s such great game design, I play video games to get AWAY from bureaucracy not partake in it!
Remember the courier was shot in the head twice and all they wanted after waking up was to end Benny.
There are other reasons. Why? In the Courier contract says you have to recover the stolen property or there will be mercs after you.
Started playing this again two weeks ago. It's better than I remember...and I remember it being so good, it was my favourite game of all time.

I'm glad I waited all that time.
There just don't make games like this anymore.
And I don't have the time to actually play a game like this from scratch multiple times either...

It was perfect, down to the last minute detail.
I love this game, every few years I do an entire playthrough.
no matter what you do in the intro of honest hearts everyone dies sadly. Found this out by doing that laser des glitch with mini nukes you can kill 2/3 of the tribals in the start but one of them is immortal until everyone dies.
Also timed mini nukes with the laser designator will make an aurora of explosions blanketing the sky.
And the desert ranger combat armor has to be my favorite armor in the franchise.
Joshua is dope asf too, and got me through hard times.
That’s a shame, Jed deserved to live 😭😭 I didn’t know that though, never actually tried super hard to save them lol

Every playthrough starts with stealthboying past Cazadors to travel north from Goodsprings and kill the herd of bighorners for massive level 1 xp.
Fallout New Vegas and how to find a shiny diamond in the desert is really good
Since I quit driving taxi, maybe four years ago; I haven't touched fast food. When you're on a 12 hour ride from 6pm to 6am , the only options are fast food crap. Combine that with the extreme alienation, frequently violent situations and becoming fully nocturnal aspects of being a "cabbie," ... You can imagine why I hate it so much even to this day

i fell in love with new vegas when i was around 8 or 9. i never did one quest. since there was no autosave the hours of my original playthroughs were just killing animals then dying to the powder gangers in primm thinking it was vegas. i loved fallout 4 on launch and a few months ago i decided to get the platinum. it got me to the fallout new vegas one, about halfway through my first real playthrough and i can say this game is perfect. there are obviously a few things id change but with 12 years of mods this game is basically a engine at this point.

Fun fact despite what some *nerd* (many a true nerd) say, talk no jutsu is actually not that op in NV.
Infact nearly all good or evil end game slides are achievable via without talk no jutsu.
Legit fun trying to do diplomatic route with 5-15 speech cuz you can surprisingly still do a lot

If you drink 25 alcohol you get 1 secret perk and XP. The best shotgun ammo is Slug.

They literally dont make games like this anymore because Bethesda will never let anyone upstage them like this even when its clear Fallout "fans" dont mind them raping the coprse of this IP for all its worth. Also you can bypass the Deathclaws simply by going over the Blackmountain at a certain spot.
Unfortunately no matter what I tried, NV refused to launch after I got it on Steam. I hope they remaster it and 3

Use Viva New Vegas. It's a lot of effort to install but trust me, it's worth the effort. 20 hours and not a single crash.
You can access the DLCs right away even at level one, although you probably shouldn’t because you’d get your ass kicked.

@RYUZAKI-.- I will say I have smashed this game through and through so many times but seeing you do that glitch was the first time I've ever learned of it and will never have a playthrough where I don't utilize that lol
Take all the 9mm you gain and equip a 9mm pistol hold the button for hotkeying said 9mm pistol. Then tab over while holding the hockey button and hotkey your 9mm ammo. Infinite ammo for any weapon👍
The beginning doesn’t give me the option for the glitch, I have mods on though so that might be why
