This Garlic Butter Beef Steak Bites Recipe is so delicious and easy to make at home. Serve as an appetizer skewered (with tooth picks ), over rice or mash potatoes for dinner or lunch.
INGREDIENTS
2lb. Tri tip beef steak, cut bite size
1 Tbs Soy sauce
1 Tsp Ground Black pepper
1 Tbs Cooking oil, I used Grape seed
1 Shallot, peeled and minced
1 Tbs Garlic, chopped
4 Sprigs thyme, picked and chopped
1 Sprig rosemary, picked and chopped
1 Tbs Butter
1/2 C Beef stock ( 1 Tsp Better than Bouillon, Beef )
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Scallion, chopped
2 Tbs Parsley, chopped
Pinch red pepper flakes ( optional )
Salt to taste
