- We are back from vacation! It was fun, but I'm also glad to be home! It feels like I haven't played volleyball in forever and it really shows in this video 😬 I made a lot of mistakes today I wish I didn't, but it's included in the video for your entertainment! 😅 haha. I am also playing in a tournament next weekend so keep your eyes peeled for that, it should be fun! 🏆

nice video! i liked the info after the sets, it's making it much better while watching it. Still it would make it much more entertaining if you would show the points during the game in a free corner like bottom-right a 22-13 or so. Still very good videos i enjoy watching everyone (sorry if i wrote something wrong, im not from an english speaking country)

hey! I just discovered your channel and loving the progression in your vids from 3 years ago when it looks like you just started playing again to now. I also never had formal training in high school/college but started playing recently in adult rec leagues and pickup/open gyms and the skill levels are very similar to where you were 3 years ago, so its amazing to see the level of play you're at now! really makes me feel like I could be there in a few years as well! did you ever take any adult lessons or coaching sessions? how were you able to improve your form/technique?
Hey I appreciate you watching! Ya we got back into playing volleyball a few years ago just for fun and it's been awesome! I still make lots of mistakes now though, but I'm slowly getting better haha. I do feel like playing with better players helps you to progress though, just seeing how they position their bodies or just chatting about stuff helps!
I also wanna see pov of other teammates like Jonah or the setter
I would definitely love to see more service aces

if I remember correctly he’s around like 6’3 but the camera is on his head so he looks super tall haha
I'm 6'3" but ya it's on my head using the GoPro head strap so makes me look even taller haha

Hey I appreciate it! Are you talking about the leagues we play in? We actually started playing in a different league, but moved to this gym a few years ago. We just kind of heard about it through friends!

I'm a little biased since I'm really liking the Way of Wade shoes. I'd say try a few court shoes and basketball shoes and see which feel best to you!

Usually it's 2.38m although sometimes we play on Men's and it looks the same on video. I'll be on a men's team next season so that'll be interesting!
