I came from a 2020 Ford Ranger, bought a 23 Gladiator Mojave fully equipped minus the parking sensors and adaptive cruise. I like to do some occasional offroading which I've also done in the Ranger and it was ok but the Jeep is in a whole other league. It's my 1st Jeep and I absolutely love it! The v6 isn't that slow it suits my needs perfectly fine and it's nothing a regear cannot fix if you really want some more go. The lack of a dead pedal is probably what made you feel like you were gonna fall off the seat but $70 on amazon and problem solved, it was one of my 1st mods. Going on 1 year of ownership soon and zero problems, cannot say the same for the Ranger, and they said Jeeps were unreliable...
You’re spot on I have a feeling this guy gets a splinter in his finger and he’s gotta take several days off work to recuperate. He has nothing positive to say about this vehicle. I’ve driven the Mojave and I think it’s great.
@@ratrodman23 My 2021 Gladiator (Rubi) has proven it was the right (and best) choice for me when I got it new and it still is the best choice going on 4 years later. No regrets/Buyers Remorse, and if I needed to buy a new mid-size truck today I'd get another Gladiator (Rubi). -- BR
@@billredding2000 I’m fighting between want vs need. I want the Mojave but I feel the Texas Trail will be sufficient. My main likes are the technology package and better headlights are a must.
If you buy a Gladiator or Wrangler because it's cool and never do tough off-road things with it, then you'll be disappointed. If you do Jeep things, then you'll be satisfied.
I got mine because the aftermarket mods are literally endless. I like to put my own touch on cars. And the jeep is the perfect truck for it. Its similar to a Harley sportster. The Sportster base frame has been around since the late 40s. But the aftermarket support is absolutely limitless.
Honestly nothing you mentioned is a negative to me and it checks all the boxes I care about. Modern technology on a proven and old school truck platform. I’m not even a hard core off road enthusiast but this thing really speaks to me and my wants as a consumer.
Just sold my 2015 Tacoma to get a used Jeep Gladiator Mojave. I also own a 99 Jeep TJ that rides like a wagon with 35’s LT tires, but the shit-grin I get when I drive it is totally priceless. If you turned in your man card, don’t bother with a Jeep.
Why is it you guys bad talk these Jeeps. It's a Jeep . Not a Caddy, nor is it a sports car, so quit talking about it. The noise , the ride , the steering . I can see you are not Jeep people, so pls review something that you aren't crying about it. Just like you said, you are the wrong type of buyer. Trust me, it shows .
The reason why these guys talk bad is because they buy a $60k Jeep and put a $200 hockey puck lift on it from Amazon and complain how it drives like shit.

If you’re not a pansy, that Gladiator is absolutely amazing…. The things that midsize truck will do and what you can turn it into will blow your mind!

Yeah. I totally feel ya. I’m mad that my Cadillac can’t go off road and tackle trails that not many other vehicles can do.
Hence the title “You really have to be an enthusiast”. 🙄

I get that I’m not the target demographic. That’s why I titled and shot the video the way I did
Bro works at a Toyota dealership fr.
Nope! I’ve worked at a Ford dealer, a large used car chain, and an auction company, but never Toyota
