Thank you for your service! I’m turning 19 in a couple of months and I’m currently attending college. Being a CHP officer has always been my dream job since I was a kid and wanted to ask for some advice. I’m currently a freshman in college and I’m working on getting my bachelors. I’m also planning on joining the CHP explorers soon and Olán to apply for the academy right after college. Would a bachelors degree and explorer experience be enough to qualify or would I need some military experience? I’m physically fit, willing to work hard, and have a clean record so that’s not an issue. Can I get some advice?
