I bought DragonAge Origins for $3.50 on a steam sale while Bethesda wants me to spend $7.00 for a quest.
Lol, they also added a bunch of free stuff. Also DA is 20 years old, but you obviously don't care about logic.

I truly believe there are some bottom-liners$ at Bethesda that possess subnormal intelligence. If they didn’t well we wouldn’t be in this situation now would we? Microsoft makes $165 Billion in profit every year. Not just revenue but PROFIT.

I don't like free things, I like paid ones. If you don't like it or don't have the money, don't buy it! Just understand one thing: thanks to these sales, the game will be supported for many years! There's nothing good in this world for free
The mod store just crashes while scrolling it for too long on Xbox you don't even have to install anything just looking it's the same with Skyrim too.
Still having audio bugs when downloading certain creations like character Essential changer.
On Xbox I had issues with both the community patch and the unofficial patch causing new Atlantis and akila City to not load in the ground and buildings when using the Star wars conversation mods once I removed them everything worked
I’ve had zero crashes prior to downloading only 4 paid mods, I couldn’t even play for five minutes without it crashing. 🙄Deactivating them sorted this mess out. I have over 500 Skyrim mods installed and not a single crash so it’s not like I’m new to modding.I’m staying away until they fix whatever it is that needs fixing😏
I was yanked out mid game for this update and now cannot access the creations page. Yet another lovely update.

@@SRW_go to main page click starfield click manage game go saved data delete all reserved space and they should all be deleted but your game should work and creations kit should work it even has a chance at fixing the no sound bug all together
I had an issue with the enforcer pistol mod, it caused my game to crash and when I restarted it the audio would be missing. The only way to get the audio back was to delete and reinstall the game. I’m on xbox and pc and it did it on both, none of the usual fixes for lost audio worked, I got so fed up with it that the mod got deleted, can’t lie it has put me off buying the paid for mods, but I’ll give it another try to see if the update has fixed it.
There is a mod where you unlock m-class ships, but i think it was bugged because i couldn't pilot any ships including A-class ships until i deactivated it, now i can fly all ships again.
Still have the problems of loading, hell can’t even use space station in Wolf system. Game crashes every time. I also purchased the luxury home mod and still can’t find them or find any information on if you need specific skills unlocked first.
Cool I couldn't enter the lodge to talk to someone unless I unselected it in quests & yes crashes a plenty as well but for what we've gained from mods it's a small inconvenience.
Ikr i feel like this update is just going to mess up mods for people.
I play on Steam, and I haven't really been able to play the game since Creations came about, so I'm hoping this fix will let me play again. I could play for a while, but after a short time in my saves would stop loading. Not any of my older saves or new game either. The game would crash during load, or it would load endlessly. I spent so many hours in the past few weeks playing with number of creations, with my nexus mods, load orders, verifying the install, moving it to my C drive, reinstalling, everything I could think of or find advice to try. Every time I would think it was finished, it would break again, usually by the time I reached New Atlantis on a new game. Hopefully this fix will allow me to play, otherwise I'll just have to shelve Starfield for now.
I've also noticed during all this that unlike other Bethedsa games Starfield is very particular when it comes to load order. Basically if I would change my load order during experimenting it would break entire zones. The hull of my ship would disappear, leaving only the interior showing on screen. Vasco would vanish entirely because my replacer for him changed load order. Interiors of buildings or space stations would just be voids when entering them. It certainly made trouble shooting all the more difficult. And I never have these problems modding pre-Creations being added even with same mods.
Xbox series s, game is installed, and from Sam Coe and I leaving the Shaw gang to the Ashtas at the Empty Nest, I can no longer talk to ANY NPC ANYWHERE.I had to literally start the entire game over.3 days ago. No fix.
Hey mate, great content. I'm playing on Xbox series X, and I've got about 15 mods going ( most of the quality of like improvements). I get the occasional crash like most ppl do. But my main problem I get is that loading into my game takes a bit of time. Once I'm in the game 9-10 times my came is good. I can't really complain too much as I expected the load times to be a bit longer when you download new content into the game👍 keep up the good work.
Still getting no sound issues with mods on Xbox. Hoping they fix this soon.
You do know they have to go through a different process in releasing patches to xbox than they do on pc right? Same with updates, they have to go through microsoft for testing before release.
Hopefully this fixes the audio glitch too.
Seems it didn't but rather broke a lot more things.
Does this update break SFSE? I use Nexus & Vortex for mods, even though Starfield doesn't seem to show when non-creations mods are removed as it did.

Yeah, every update always will break SFSE. But this time it was pretty simple and it was up again the next day.
The only mods I've encountered problems with are the verified / paid ones by Bethesda. The free one by random people rarely cause issues.
It seems I can't build ships anymore after this, tried it twice just now, cobbled something together for over an hour and when I finish it, it says "No Ships available" the others are still there, despite the plural but the one I worked on shows this, after I reload, or rather restart the game, because it crashes there, that ship is gone completely and I have one less in the list.
This update completely broke my game it crashes mins in its missing textures and my creations don’t even work you can’t even load they say they are enabled and then I get in the game it doesn’t even work
The past few days i haven't been able to play on my Xbox die to no sound and i can't seem to figure out the mod that's doing it so i hope they get it fixed soon. I do have the Xbox app on my PC so I've been playing it there instead until they get it fixed..

Yep I uninstalled it the moment it broke all sound. Crazy how a simple pistol being added can break the entire audio of a game… makes me worry about the more big mods that come out in the future
It’s not the enforcer mod, it can happen with a lot of mods that alter ini files. I never had enforcer mod, & I have the bug. They are starting to fix it by doing this hot fix first. You will still need to disable your mods, quit the game completely, open game, enable mods & then load game to fix the audio bug everytime you load up. One way around having to do it every time though, is to shut your Xbox off while the game is still on, and fast resume will keep your game files loaded.
Anyone who has a problem getting no sound from the game with mods, go to creations and disable all mods. Close the game and restart it then enable the mods again

I don't know if this is a problem or just me being unreasonable. There are two different bug fix mods for Starfield and both of them shut off achievements.
I just scoured for like 30 minutes looking for a changelog... nothing. Considering the supposed changes, how in the hell is this 1 gb big!? huh!??
Most of my mods came from the Nexus mod site not the creation club . The unofficial patch and a shipbuilding mod are the only things I have from creation club . The only problems I have in my game have to do with the hunter attacking the lodge . So not really a problem if you're in NG+ . The last time I tried to do a fresh game . I had to save and then reload my game four times just to get through the part of the game where the hunter attacks the lodge . First Walter is strangling himself and there's no Hunter behind him . Then Hunter doesn't show up in the well . Then the hunter doesn't show up in the spaceport area . And if all of those things don't happen the way they're supposed to . I can't even enter my ship without an eternal load screen . And I know that that is the game not mods , because I literally deleted my game and did a fresh install and tried to do it with no mods and had the same problem . Considering the 200,000 dirty edits that are still present in Skyrim . That's more than likely the problem with this game to . We need loot and SFE edit so we can do what Bethesda should have done themselves .

It’s the beginning of the audio bug fix. Still need to disable mods, quit game, enable mods & then load game to fix the audio.
The no sound is getting annoying.
You didn't find patch notes because they just want your money for content others made an the only thing they updated was the ability to take your money easier.
I have so many crashes and very long load times longer than normal every time I try to land on New Atlantis the game crashes when I got the female Adoring fan some how it affected landing on New Atlantis the game shuts down and goes to the main screen also some of the companions talk without mouth movement it looks crazy.
May be because a lot of mod creators don’t test the mods on consoles, I have had four mods so far that crash my game or do not even work.
Considering , If Bethesda should make it mandatory to test mods on XboxSX or have a notification with the mod , saying if the mod has been tested on Xbox or hasn’t.

Nope the audio bug is still here and the game still crashes tons when mods are loaded on Xbox also to fix the valture rifle just disable all mods and reload your game then activate all mods and there you go the rifle works

Nah, im really disappointed at bethesda and starfield, I feel like there’s no reason to get back into starfield, not even mods are getting my interests.

You need to delete your saved storage data in the saved data settings and then re-download your mods. It happened to me and that was the only thing that worked.
The only issue iv had is no sound on xbox and this vid might give me an idea what mod might be causing it
It could be any mod which alters the game's ini. file. How to distinguish which mods do that & which don't is anyone's guess.

@theouterspacecowboy I just want to be able to mod and manage my load order with Vortex and mod starfield like I did Skyrim and fallout. Plus there was no creations tab when I bought starfield. Why are they allowed to change a game I already bought. Adding creations isn't a patch to fix my game. It changed it to something else.

I just want a mod that speeds up ammo counter it's endless trying to swap ammo from yourself to your partners.
I always thought Lb on controller should just set it to 1. Weird design that there isn't a button for it
If you're using an Xbox controller just tap LB or RB. It's much faster than holding left or right on the D pad.
Why want you even give them ammo? They only ever need 1
@@DerEchteBold I tried that but mine used it up unless I left there original weapon on them instead of what I give them. That worked with throwables. You can't give them one when you take ammo out only let's you take all there ammo but when you give it you either have to give them all your ammo or count out what you give them with the slider but unlike Bethesda other games the slider only moves at one speed SLOW lol I just wish the slider sped up like in fallout. I like giving my npc partner automatic grenade launchers and hand grenades they seem to do better

Oh, they use it up, like in Fallout 4 and whatnot? Never had that problem in Starfield, always give them the best weapon I have to spare and 1 ammo, always worked (I play with mouse so the slider doesn't trouble me).
Maybe this was changed recently ...since when do you play the game?
I'd have to look into it but I stopped playing after they screwed up the ship builder with that last patch.
Still shit. Gangs all here mod don’t work, the outpost recruitment beacon deletes who you assign to it, in my case Lin. She just disappeared along with a girl I hired in a bar. Not even on my crew list. Wtf.

On PC Beth's creation mod manager, changes my load order, disables mods it doesn't like, and breaks mods. Did they fix any of that?
I just want to use Vortex and I want Vortex, LOOT, or something to manage my load order without having to use Beth's mod manager. It feels Beth's try to force everyone to dump nexus mods and just use and buy they're crap.
I mean, mod auditor's selling their stuff is one thing, but Beth selling their own mods of stuff that should have been in the game in the first place is just slimy.
Seriously, they spent 6 or 7byears making the game and released it with a less than stellar amount of content but suddenly in 6 months they can come up with all new shit? This such an insult to their fans. And some of us are lapping it up like it's a gift.

The ini file "fix" is bull. Why not just add an advisory warning before installing mods that usr them. Instead of just killing that avenue of mod potential. I call shenanigans

@@davidsociallydistancedfran256 Yeah, shouldn't be too hard to find either since there's not a ton of mods yet. I don't remember the exact name but I know for a fact it was something along the lines of "pilot m-class ships." I don't have the mod myself so I can't name it for you.
