I used to go over there to fix the copiers back in the early 1990s. Was a great place :)

Just went there yesterday, the island is recovering, camp sites and toilets are operating and a new jetty has been constructed, the walking trails are back in use and the resort has been bought and is being rebuilt to meet cyclone standards.

No one fixed it up owner afraid it will happen again and wants like 50million for the place you need to find some one with some serious money to even think of fixing it its not a small investment you could buy it rebuild and get destroid before it has one seson and no one is going to buy it for fishing camp at the price

Could all be yours for 40million haha its might sit like this for wile if i did have money to invest id make some break watters so it dosent get so hammerd or build most lavage structures on high ground and go with cheep easy caban buildings and cheep stick construction near the shore

That's natures wrath for turning a once beautiful, secluded get-away spot into a bloody tourist trap. Perhaps now it can get back to the way it should have always stayed now.
Feel bad for the people who were affected, but my comment stands.
