When I was your age I myself made unnecessary purchases and made changes in my home just because. Now that I look back , I wish I had spent more time contributing to my local animal shelters as I do now. Well better late then never! I guess I have everything I really need, and material things just don’t give me the same satisfaction of helping animals in need. I’ve also had Covid twice as well as my family. The second time it really hit hard, 6 weeks. But all is well, with the exception of lingering side effects. You do have very helpful fashion tips for petites!

I’m a hairdresser and I’ve had a lot of clients experiencing severe anxiety after having covid . It’s a side effect but does improve . Also the hair loss is a great reason to continue wearing a mask . The hair loss is real 😥
Try CALM, a magnesium powder drink from Walmart. It's super easy to not take it when you are not anxious, but was helpful for a friend when they took it for about 2 weeks during an anxious time. It's just a vitamin.

I have Covid now! I’m a labor and delivery nurse and was shocked i made it this long without getting it. Glad you guys are all better now!
