Awesome, I've watched this video about 50 times and it's much better than the usual mix juggling clips. This isnt just a cacophony of scratch noises but there is some musical value in there too.

I don't care if you like it or not, You cannot deny the Fact that Kentaro did more for moving turntablism forward with his DMC sets than nearly any other DJ since Craze or Qbert. Don't get me wrong I'm not dissing other DJs, I'm just saying that Since Kentaro won the DMC he re-upped the bar to earlier high standards. Now with the likes of Rafik, Shiftee etc we're blessed with a whole host of divergent talent. If you disagree (which you're entitled to do) you're probably deaf.
@kinglynx they basically have custom made vinyl with different sound fx and beats on them and he creates his routines from these records - generally referred to as "battle records"
"Stop hating" is exactly what I wanted to say to you. I love this guy too and I can only dream of ever scratching and juggling the way he does, but I don't look down onto Club DJ's. It requires less technical skills altough they're always a good addition, but Club DJs spend way more time expanding their music collection. Knowing how to play a crowd is an art as well. Put Kentaro in a 6 hour Mix in a club and you're bored to death, Fatboy SLim could do it sleeping. On a concert though... Kentaro

@fsxfanatic You mean the crossfader? the most important switch for dj's? :P It selects which record player is heard. (switch to the left, you hear the left record player, to the right, you here the right. switch in the middle, you hear both. unless it's crosswired, then vice versa) so he's switching from left to right real fast.
