      Not particularly religious, but considering how center stone it is to this case it seems... someone laughing at the face of being called blasphemous... thats something demonic, Lori Vallow so obsessed with 'ridding' others of evil spirits didnt realize that she, herself, was consorting with the devil and became the very dark/demonic soul she touted as other people being. Classic Narcissism. Call out others for what you are doing.

    Charles and the children are the real victims and what Charles went through including his final moments are unbelievable.

In this case, they have no Hx of Lori being violent or criminal until she met Chad. Alex and Chad would be perfect scapegoats and the defense should be that Lori and Alex were manipulated by Chad. If Chad had gotten his permit to pour the concrete for his trailer, the children might never have been found. I wonder if Tammy would have let him pour concrete there since that is where the pets were buried.

If these killers lived outside the Az/Utah/Idaho nation/state or they were not LDS, they would have been in custody before murders. So heartbreaking. Such an interesting question. I asked the same thing and thought about how certain traits were common in Lori and Chad's followers.
      Melanie, Zulema, and whoever else....all seemed to crave authority and direction, they got seduced by the idea they would have an opportunityto stand out and feel important....they could be SPECIAL if they followed the charismatic charm and direction of those they wished they were. Lori had the psychopathic charm, Chad had the "authority". These people craved purpose and meaning, the idea of being "chosen" was too seductive to ignore. The religious element was a way to affirm they were morally superior, doing the right thing, going to attain peace. Fascinating how most of us would giggle though lol.

    • @Nicole-ky7ye
      @Nicole-ky7ye Год назад

      Yes, a parent will receive Social Security Benefits for a child if a parent dies. This is something everyone who works pays into. What you get depends on how much you pay in. Once a child turns 18, it will stop unless the child is going to college. Then payments will continue for a few more years, but go to the child or stay with the parent if they are still financially responsible for them. It will also continue past the age of 18 if the child has a disability. There is also life insurance policy payment that one can get. Like the one Lori was hoping for when Alex murdered her ex husband but, that's completely different from SS.

He claimed God was a man on another planet who achieved godhood and was given this planet to populate with his wife in heaven (therefore having lots of sex). He claimed Jesus was God's first offspring and that Satan and Jesus are brothers (and ours because, he claimed, we were all spirit babies created in heaven and put into bodies on earth). He claimed men can become gods but had to have multiple wives, therefore they practiced polygamy but suddenly Brigham Young got a revelation that they shouldn't anymore after they called on the US Calvary to help them from Indian raids after they were run out of New York, Illinois and Missouri settling in the great salt lake (a US territory at the time) when the US said no way because they were practicing polygamy... Oh, and they have "prophets" who claim to have ongoing revelation, like Brigham Young did, so that things can change at any time. Pretty convenient I'd say.
