I found this video last year, while studying a very hard subject. I was recovering from a terrible crisis. More recently, I have started offering guided meditation classes to a couple of now friends. I *always* start the session with this particular video while soothing and developing deeper breathing. 😌

For people with anxiety: Close your eyes, listen deeply to the waves, breathe in count to 5, breathe out count to five do this for as many times until you are calm or asleep. Don’t forget you’re not alone you are loved you are strong you are special. I love you 😘❤💕

If any of u want help to overcome anxiety I have been using crystals for sleep I use kunzite and chariot under my pillow as well as meditation and praying I also use fire quartz for anxiety and a few others to get rid of negative energy they really help

My cat died just recently and I have been crying my eyes out for a long time. I have been so sad and I have been having a lot of anxiety as well and I can’t fall asleep. These ocean sounds help me to actually fall asleep. I use a breathing technique where I imagine the ocean and when the ocean goes in, I breathe in and so on. Thank you for making this video without ads, and making me feel better.

I am so sorry for the loss of your sweet cat. I totally feel your pain. It is so difficult to get past the crying. I had to put my dog, Sadie Mae to sleep about six weeks ago. Even though I didn’t want to do it - her seizures became intense and the risk of brain damage was terrifying to me. The guilt and the sorrow are stressful - it does make it difficult to relax. I hope you moving forward and remembering good times more than feeling sad. I’ll keep you in my prayers. 🙏
Totally understand. We lost our 13-year-old, 95# "baby dog" on memorial day. I've had a hard time sleeping since then as well. While I like these sounds during the day (the house is just too quiet; 13 years' worth of dog panting is hard to leave behind), I think I may go the therapy route.
@@SteveGarriott Try not to. Adversity and grief are important features in life. They make u stronger in the long run, they also make u value life/things more and give you a deeper perspective, again in the long run. Tell u that and go thru it for a year, no matter what, in worse times try to distract yourself by various activities (e.g. get a new dog/cat). If you abandon or avoid those things you will become a snowflake and these people suffer far more eventually. If - after a year - you are still in a hole then it might be time to think for therapy.

Listening to this early this morning ☀️ I awoke reminiscing about how my mom would drive us kids to the beach “over the hill” almost everyday in the summertime. We’d spend all day there.. it was always such an incredible time. Now she is experiencing ESRD and she is in a lot pain. I plan to take her to the beach at least one time and I will play this for her .. as the beach is one of her happy places 🙏💛🌊

I can't even explain what I feel when looking at the sea. The colors remind me of summer and spring... I can literally smell the video. The salty and summery smell. And the strange feeling... as if I've already been there, as if it was in the future, I feel deja vu but don't at the same time. It looks like something from my dreams but I know I've never seen it befofe. But I feel like I've seen it somewhere, what is going on?
I honestly can't stop looking at it. It fills my heart with such happiness, but with such confusion at the same time. I wanna be there.

I'm playing this every now and then to help my 4 month old son fall asleep and accidentally stumbled over the comment section. I was surprised at how many adult people listen to this and are obviously in need of something soothing in their lives.
I'm am not, actually i'm better now, than ever before in my life. I have a lovely and caring woman at my side, am building our own house as i'm writing this and our healthy and mostly happy son was born 4 months ago.
But it wasn't always like that. I've been to very dark places in my life, often for years and most of my now 32 years were filled with sadness and a feeling of not belonging. What kept me going was knowing one simple fact: If you keep your chin up and keep searching patiently, it will eventually get better!
Don't try to fit in, but instead find a place where you belong as you are. Be brave and know there's no bravery without fear. Be unweary even in doubt. And most of all, be patient, with yourself and others! Hang in there and you'll get there! I wish you all the happiness in the world!

I close my eyes & imagine that I am back in Virginia Beach, Virginia in the top floor room of my hotel with the balcony door open facing the ocean. Of course, a few pigeons walk into my room, but I don't care. How relaxing! After listening to the sounds of the waves all night, I feel as if my brain has been cleaned out and my nerves massaged.

Sometimes I forget taking deep breath... whenever I’m aware of it, looking for some ocean sounds and focus on my breath.
