Imagine if they actually opened the park and it was still a major failure because despite trying to increase tourism, you have rules banning certain groups of tourists. geNiUs.
I like that Six Flags are planning an international overdrive of investment (I really hope we get a Six Flags in my hometown UK). But I personally feel that Six Flags should focus on parks like Six Flags America, La Ronde, Great Escape, Frontier City, Darien Lake, Six Flags St Louis, etc. The parks that need multi million developments that make it equal to the likes of Great Adventure and Magic Mountain
As someone who lives in Saudi Arabia. I can tell you the park will almost forsure be built. Issue is it'll never live up to the hype this mega projects they build never do unfortunately, and Falcons flight might be built but could you imagine how often that thing would be broken down....
I am actually a saudi myself and used to live near riyadh and if this actually happens I am going to be beyond excited. There are a few theme parks out here such as shallal theme park and jungle land (honestly jungle land is so awesome and goodly themed). I think the animation was made by the saudi government who probably had no info about the coaster except the stats, but I hope this will come true😊
I'm confident they will make it (it will be delayed tho as you said). And I'm betting the huge records breaking ride will be a RMC T-Rex, not an intamin.
I'm especially confused when looking at that drawing with the Formula 1 cars, I just assumed this park was in Abu Dhabi, but it's not? Or do they think they can host a race in Saudi Arabia in the near future as well?
I saw this earlier and the name INTAMIN just screamed out at me 😂 I can see them doing this and only them. But if it does get built, I sure hope it works first time and don’t have long downtime’s like the rest of their stuff. And I do see it not like this either, but this design I will say it is impressive. But unlikely to happen. We shall see.
I think if it does get built it's going to be S&S Sansei not Intamin. The track looks more like S&S and so does the train design plus Alan Schilke designing the layout would be plausible as he's said he'd be interested in making a huge creation like this.
This reminds me of Energylandia. Both are funded by their country's governments to build up massive, world-class attractions that would increase tourism in their countries. Looking at how Energylandia is going, this could probably work. Of course, there will be challenges, but I'm optimistic about it, and if Falcon's Flight gets built, I will do anything and everything to get there.
I think your prediction about it being delayed will be correct. As far as i know, The London Entertainment Resort was announced around 2012 and meant to open in 2018/2019, but construction hasnt started yet and they're looking at at least 2023/2024. I think the park will open around 2028 - 2032.

jayduh lu lol they could as well go ahead and build the park in North Korea
No need for tourists, there is 7.2 million human in Riyadh and they need parks
For some reason I like eating cereal while watching Taylor’s vids
When you get drunk and play planet coaster
/ that ride
8:23 "All sorts of things can happen between now and then."
Taylor did you notice the tilt coaster is called iron rattler
If cedar point goes 500 ft in 2020 falcons fury will be like intimidator compared to I305
Cedar point isn’t adding any coasters in 2020
Wow you are right this seems too good to be true
With $60 oil? Forget it, you have to hope IMO 2020 causes an oil crisis for this to happen
But anything can happen
I'm confident they will make it (it will be delayed tho as you said).
And I'm betting the huge records breaking ride will be a RMC T-Rex, not an intamin.
Honestly, this should get a parody already
Notice how it says 'Iron Rattler at 1:05 on the building to the right of the tilt coaster?
looks good on paper, but won't wind speeds be a problem? looks like they're in a valley which would have turbulence
Looks like they didn’t use “depump vertices”
🤣
Just pointing out that the drop into the tunnel actually seems to be a launched drop as well
This announcement reminds me of something you'd hear from the Dippin' Dots guy, if he knew how to edit video.
i looked it up here in 2020 and it looks like its still on. construction is hapining
“Six flags just dropped a bomb on us”😂
Am I the only person wondering how their head coverings will stay on while going 156 MPH?
they'll supply carbon-fiber Arai motorcycle helmets to the riders...
8:23 Was this a prediction?😷
falcon flight looks like they used that old trick from roller coaster tycoon where you raise the land elevation to get past the support height limits.
I think if it does get built it's going to be S&S Sansei not Intamin. The track looks more like S&S and so does the train design plus Alan Schilke designing the layout would be plausible as he's said he'd be interested in making a huge creation like this.
0:30 I think many people agree with that. Also, am I the only one who thinks this coaster might be too extreme?
This reminds me of Energylandia. Both are funded by their country's governments to build up massive, world-class attractions that would increase tourism in their countries. Looking at how Energylandia is going, this could probably work. Of course, there will be challenges, but I'm optimistic about it, and if Falcon's Flight gets built, I will do anything and everything to get there.
Meh. it seems too far-fetched for me. Also I would probably get executed there anyways.
This whole park low-key was an ENTIRE fcuking fever dream
Yes build it and one tip from me is make some stuff indoors cause a lot of sand out there. But I would go
Six Flags been smoking that Bin Laden weed
If there's anything this "announcement" confirms is that Cedar Fair might have 19 new parks to add to the chain. (Assuming this actually gets built)
When was the last time Cedar Fair added a new park to their chain anyway?
I want a Six Flags United Kingdom
8:21 Oh you have no idea
I think your prediction about it being delayed will be correct. As far as i know, The London Entertainment Resort was announced around 2012 and meant to open in 2018/2019, but construction hasnt started yet and they're looking at at least 2023/2024. I think the park will open around 2028 - 2032.
I can’t wait 😩🇸🇦❤️
3:14 Obviously not to be confused with a heritage railroad of the same name in Scranton, PA
Six Flags Qiddiya could open in 2024
this will not work that well
4:34 How does a coaster train slowly ascend up a huge hill with no chain lift/cable lift/launch?
That's the plot twist: it's a powered coaster!
This is amazing if its true i agree on your opinion but what about that skyplex project coaster in Orlando that is suppose to be built by 2020 no one has talked about that. The polar coaster ???
Ericb2424 no one is talking about it because the project is dead. Never happening.
