Love your side by side comparisons. I like REOLINK Cameras w (NVR) because of the resolution and clarity.provided clarity that identified the person. Went to a less expensive camera at new home and resolution did nothing to help identify a person in my backyard.. The cons of REOLINK is the NVR must be updated and at some point my old cameras /NVR could no longer support updates but was a very awkward interface at the time anyway. REOLINK keeps improving. So returned to REOLINK, because the quality is there versus other cameras. You always make some great points but allowing the viewer to make that decision based on his/her needs.

I have two of the CX410 on pre-order, excited to receive them. On Reolink discussions, a lot of people put flea collars around the bullet cameras to keep the spider webs off. They say they have to replace them every 4 to 6 months, but works really well. Thanks again for the comparison. Still waiting on the window mount one....

I tried out the CX410 and really found it improved night view. I just installed a 2nd and even though they are only 4MP, the night views are way better than infrared on my 5MP and 8MP cameras. I find that adding a little warm white, solar light (Amazon) that comes on at dusk gives a slight improvement to quality. Also, the remote light allows you to leave camera lights off resulting in no bugs or cobwebs and a burglar may not even notice the camera. Better view of skunk, fox, cat, and rabbits so far. CX410 was $75 on Reolink's website so I purchased the 2nd and 3rd ones there. Can't wait for the 8mp low light.

With Reolink spotlight on, LifeHackster had it set at 50% with some overexposure when he was close to the camera. But an owner can change the light intensity. • @carlossilva3122
    @carlossilva3122 10 месяцев назад

It's a shame there are ONLY TWO models (technically three, if we include the NAPCAT W2P1, but this requires a custom NVR) capable of full color night vision. Too many gimmicks by manufacturers saying their cameras are color at night, but not really without suplementary illumination and so often without even being able to disable IR Illumination. Looking forward for tapo to finally release their C525WB to add to that family!
The Reolink is cool, but the narrower field of view is a big deal. The tapo, also dissapoints on the fact amazon can't use it as a motion senstive trigger. I had this on my eufys and it was usefull to run routines such as display the image on my echo show automatically or turn lights on / off. Anyone knows if the Reolink is capable of this?
They could also do with a better setup for the ethernet cable, so it's not necessary to drill 20mm+ hole to pass the bulky ethernet plug. Much better if the connector could be fitted inside the camera bracket instead, therefore only having to drill a small hole for the ethernet (+power?) cable.

I have both cameras and the Tapo camera is waaay superior in performance. In addition to Tapo's superior picture quality and notification time, Tapo also integrates well with Alexa and other smart home functions while Reolink does not!
I think Reolink invested in a media blitz to make its products sound superior whereas, in reality, it is just average in many cases. I even have the Reolink Trac mix and have not been really impressed by that super expensive camera.
Tapo should make some of its outdoor cameras to be solar powered. That will really help Tapo get out there. Since the qualities of their products are already top not and in many cases technologically superior to Eufy too.

I recomand you Tapo C325WB who has a better sensor and can see color in the night with light off if it is a little light like the one from the moon.
if is to expensive at least Tapo C320ws. similat with Tapo C520ws but with no rotation.
With 128gb can save full recording at 2k rezolution 11 Days
With 256gb can save fill recording at 2k rezolution 22 days.
ATTENTION: At reolink CX410 you have 2560×1440=3.686.400/1.000.000=3.68 Megapili not 4.08 Megapixels like Tapo C325WB.
Every time is better to use 2 fix camera instead of one mobile 360.
Tapo has the best recording time and software. You can see also Tp link VIGI camera (bussines division) better specs than TAPO but without wireless.
Tapo C325wb is the BEST at this moment similar with VIGI 340S
at this model you can put also 512GB micro sd,
With 256Gb recording at maximul rezolution 4.08megapixel can record continuos 19days
    With 512 double.
At Hikvision DS-2CD2087G2H-LIU(2.8mm)(eF) with 8megapixels with the same senzor like Tapo C325wb you can not see colo in the night without his led light.
It has only microphone (very good audio quality) like TAPO and no speaker( is not 2 way audio).
Hikvision this model can record on 512gb full recoding at 8megapizels only 3day and 16 hours. Also you can not operate full control from distance.
Reolink CX410 with a senzor similat with Tapo c325wb can record on 256 gb onli 5day and a half and has only 3.6megapiles not 4.08 like Tapo C325WB. Has a bad software and bad microphone . Quality image is bad comparing with TAPO C325WB.
Reolink RLC 811A is has 8megapixels only on paper in specs. In reality is quality is ~3megapixels.
In the nigh it dark comparing with CX410 is dark complete. Only if is snow utside can see somethink . my phone numer is +40731293589 and i can share you Tapo c310, Tapo c320ws Tapo C325wb and Reolink Cx410 and 811A and also Hikvision DS-2CD2087G2H-LIU.
Also Tapo hase consum 1watt at 230V and 2 watt at 230V with Light on.
HikviHikvision DS-2CD2087G2H-LIU has a consum of 15 watt at 230V.
    Reolink i din't masure.
Tapo C325wb rate transfer is 230kbs 1 second and 30kbs next second.
Reolink Cx410 transfer rate is `3500kbs ans sometimes 5900kbs
Reolink 811A transfer rate is a ~6000kbs so is stupid and can not start in maximum quality (mod clear=maxum mod balanced=mediu mod fkuent =minim qality)
Hikvision DS-2CD2087G2H-LIU(2.8mm)(eF) transfer rate is ~1300kbs
Hikvision is good mterial quality (metal/
Tapo is very god also plastic
Reolink is metal bad bad quality.
So reolink is the worst. No wireless big consum and transfer rate and few days on card.
Bad quality image and very bad microphone sound.
Hikvision DS-2CD2087G2H-LIU(2.8mm)(eF) is has very good quality outside and very good microphone and software recognition. Also the send you image at detection for free. But is not wireless and not 2way audio, Also hase ony 3 day on 512Gb microsd card and is not possible to control all from distance. Also to set is not so easy like TP Link Tapo.
Tapo C325wb is the best model.
19 days on 256 gb card.
1watt consum so you cand put on battery in case of electric power fails.
Is has very good microphone like Hikvision and cand see very good in the night without any light. (they remove IR and in the futter it will be back because this is whats hikvision has done.
It has the best sotware TP Link Tapo C325wb and you can see easily person car animals etc.
Software recognition is the best at Hikvision but good enough at TAPO.
Price for Hikvision was 202 Euro and now is 180Euro. Tapo C325wb is 85Euro and Tapo C320ws is 50Euro.
