do u need to pay extra for silent disco and other indoor activity?
because i'm not a big fan of electric music and haven't heard of any polish songs, but i really want to experience that kinda vibe and want to enjoy US pop stars(there's one star from US in opener once a year i believe...? ) but afraid food and drinks there are expensive?
and do u recommand getting a tent there? or do u book the hotel nearby?

Hi Natasha! Thank you for your comment! So all the attractions inside the facility are free as well as silent disco and other stages are concerned. Usually, there is a good mix of english speaking bands and polish artists, so you will definitely get the typical polish vibe. It’s slightly more expensive to dine at Opener but I’d say the costs are not too excessive either. Speaking of accommodation, I would recommend looking into rooms/studios/houses nearby. ( If you wanna go to Opener with a bigger circle of friends, it’s definitely more convenient to chip in and rent a bigger space). There’s a lot of options! Sleeping in a tent might be kinda annoying especially because it’s hella hot outside. You will sweat like a pig. Hmu if you have any more questions! Sending love and good luck!
Hey, going to Open'er Festival this year from Australia. Are there places to store your bags/suitcases at the festival or would you recommend leaving them in Gdansk?
it depends on how long are you gonna stay each day. if you're going to go from Gdańsk to Gdynia by public transport everyday, than leave as much stuff as you can in Gdańsk. If you're sleeping at the camp, then there's no problem - just be careful with your things, little snatches happen from time to time. At the festival there are deposits, in front of the camp, but on the concerts area you're not allowed with big suitcases as far as i'm concerned - small bags are ok. If you have any more questions, feel free to hit me up, I work there every year so hopefully i'll be able to give you some answers :)

Hey, there are lockers and storage space at the railway stations in Gdańsk and Gdynia. There are also lockers in the area of the festival.
