The giving up on 3 - courtship, marriage, children; giving up on 5 includes the previous three and employment and home ownership; and then there's giving up on 7 with interpersonal relationship and hope. RM said "Can I get a little bit of hope" which means he may be giving up but still wants hope. (Giving up on 9 also includes health and physical appearance; giving up on 10 means completely giving up - giving up life.) And yes, I agree with you that Baepsae/Silver Spoon is definitely worth listening to. It has similiar message too. I would recommend to watch both the lyrics video and the dance practice or live performance, it's dope indeed.
