Industry Is Coming Alive | Episode 3 | Cities Skylines 2 | Valkyrie

Hello and welcome back to our Cities Skylines 2 series!
Today we're back in the town of Valkyrie where we're on a mission to expand our industrial areas. We've just slowly started to make some cash as a result of lowering the taxes, but I reckon we could get away with lowering them even further to benefit our citizens.
The problem with this is it comes at a cost, and with so many of you suggesting in the comments to take a loan out, I'm thinking to myself why the heck not! It turns out however, that taking a loan out might not always be the best suggestion!
