When you make good the floor before you lay anything paint the floor with PVA there the call it white glue water down 25% reason for this there is no damp proof membrane under the concrete this will help with the life span of the boards OK next are they click boards or tongue and Grove??? If T&G get a couple of small ratchet straps like 1 inch strap to use to pull boards together

loved those Lion heads at the front enterance there did you see that Also that gold tiles looked nice looks like real gold the ones you showed near the end i like the dark strips of tiles you chose looks like the tiles we have on out lounge (sala ) room but ours are tiles square and very shiny easy to clean dont put soap on your type of tiles you got just warm water ok you use soap of any kind will strip the wood under it really i have seen that happen ask the workers there what they sugest to use ?
