Never commented on a youtube video but felt this had to be said: You are the most amazing pilates instructor, having started in the covid era. Have continued following your workouts as they really work me and fit into my day - I used to think 'oh it's mat work, this won't be too challenging - oh boy how wrong I am (in a good way)! my hamstrings/glutes!!! killer. Don't know if it was this one from yesterday or your other one with weights that I did the day before but owyowyowww!! brilliant, thanks for working me hard and continuing to give us something new - I have a neck/shoulder injury so it's great having some without too much side plank action but still working everything, very grateful to you, as always

I wanna share my experience with you what happened to me after I was watching your short video about gratitude. I did get tears in my eyes because I feel how much it means to you. I have always instantly felt centered when I focus on gratitude and my inner light switches on immediately. The past two weeks so many people expressed their gratitude towards me also and all the small blocks inside myself towards them dropped. Our communication on every level is so much more free. Your video inspired me to show my gratitude towards others more openly and it made my days so much better. Thank you !!!
