I absolutely love how much work you put into your tutorial videos. Good job. Also your voice is so relaxing its unreal. You are the Bob Ross of origami.
So happy you are back! U made me start Origami and folding my first complexer models like the phoenix. Love to listen to you while folding. Hope u finde some time to get inner peace after those 4 years of crazy hard working ;) greatings from germany.
This tutorial is honestly perfect.showing lines, aftermath of the fold and talking.i honestly think your tutorials and jo nakashimas are top notch on RUclips
You absolutely have the best origami dragons, and it is from your channel that I learned the darkness dragon at 13 years. Thanks so much for posting another dragon tutorial.
I am watching and crying ..I haven't done origami for some years ..I really enjoyed your tutorials, back in the years ..this looks very hard for me..especially with printer papers(in my country don't have origami-kami paper)I hope I'll manage to do it
@@tadashimori i started designing some models, things have been good thanks for asking! I was so excited to know you were back in action, looking forward to see what you have planned for the future here. 😀 I still have the darkness dragon you sent me, it's one of my prized possessions!
So glad that you're back and uploading tutorials again! I remember making your darkness dragon all the way back in elementary school and now I'm almost done with high school. Can't wait for future tutorials :D edit: spelling

Nice model! I will have to try that sometime. I still think it would be very helpful, in the first few major folds of a model, to talk about how these folds isolate different areas of the paper to form different parts of the model. What always happens for me is that midway through I can suddenly see "oh this part is the legs" or whatever, but by that point I have lost track of _how_ we isolated that part to work on it. I would find it very helpful to have that context from the beginning stages of the model.
I did explain a little bit of it in a live video, but to explain it briefly, I start by making a general paper distribution on a square, then keep adjusting the folds part by part. It's a long process and with several different techniques to achieve it.
Quite often I see people comparing origami dragons with the Ancient dragon. Similar paper distribution ends up with similar steps. I mean, can we say that every 4 legged animal created by Kamiya Satoshi is "basically akira Yoshizawa ideas"? We use the similar paper distribution because it's already the most effective one. I think the head structure is different from the fiery dragon. It is more a mixture of Charles Esseltine "dragon in flight" and Akira Yoshizawa's dragon.

Very great job. Fantastic quality of instructions and clear video . Thank you
This is so so so awesome and wonderful also hope God bless you and all of you
I made it, then I shaped it until it looked like a darkness dragon figure.
This origami dragon is a great figure to practice shaping on
Excellent! The instructions are crystal clear.
Me encantan tus tutoriales
Thanks! I will try to keep up with new ideas!
This is the best origami dragon tutorial
Fico feliz de ver tadashi de volta

Uohhhh !!!! Congratulations !!!! Amazing !!!
Definitely trying this today 😊 thank you!
Finally legend is back
The beginning kinda reminds me of the Ancient Dragon. great job
Great video!
YESSS its finaly out
This looks like an easier version of the darkness dragon
Yes, it's similar, this is the case because this is made with the same general (but simplified) structure.
I'm new in origami buy I completely make it thank you

Hermoso arte y buen pasatiempo me encanta
Real question how do you come up with this

@@tadashimori that's soooop cool thank you
Is it Kamiya Satoshi's Ancient Dragon's base ?
It's pretty good rly
Thank you!
Very good♥️♥️
I thought origami dragon all the time😊 But I can do the very hard ones
Amazing!!!!
Try to make Cobra. Your own design or Ronald Koh designed.
For me was very hard to do. Many mostly didnt end up bad, but head was disaster and flaps connecting to wings ended being too short
I finally made it in my second try
私はあなたのビデオが大好きで
Thank you =)
Your welcome =) the origami i LOVE the most in your channel is dragons
Does anybody know what exact kind of paper he uses?
In the tutorial I use a 25cm kami by Toyo.
잘생기 셨네요~~
종이접기 엄청 어려워 보이네요
Why did you name it "pocket dragon" ?
I missed u

Should I use a colored paper? In the parts where the lines are too faint I made the reference lines to make it easier to see.
I can't make that lmao
I design a new dragon
Basically ancient dragon ideas + exactly fiery dragon's head, a bit dissapointing 4 me
