Well, not like social media is important for people on self improvement anyways. If your mental health gives in to a internet girl, you're not ready for a greater spectrum of improvement yet. No-fap isn't just a November thing. It's working on eventually preserving that energy for months on end to end dopamine cycles, encouraging discipline which is beneficial in many particulates of life, and stepping out of living a constant, unfulfilling life and making changes. The brothers can be stronger than the internet feed wants them to be; focus on your own life and the real problems at hand and just continue working on self-improvement and overtime, harder, more disciplined actions should take place when you're consistent in challenging yourself to be better day by day.

Failed NNN last night after watching a video on testosterone and how beating off and watching porn isn't bad for testosterone and in some cases has shown to increase it. the guy in the video was like " yea bro there's nothing wrong with jerking off just get it out of the way so you can move on with life." I've had severe video game addiction in the past and was a bit too active on Discord for my liking, but my parents strictly forbade any activity on platforms like Instagram and Snapchat and did not accept degeneracy of any kind. My mother eventually found my Instagram and Discord accounts and locked them out, and now when I look back I thank god that he let things turn out this way, I cannot even imagine where I would be if I were still using those platforms. I plan on being a parent like such for my children in the future, inculcating them with good morals and teaching them to respect themselves enough to not seek soulless attention. The way i got my little brother off video games was not by closing his monitor or forcefully taking his computer away. Sometimes I go for a run in the early morning and I invite him to join me on his bike so that he can be my coach. Other times I ask him to show me how many pushups he can do and act surprised and impressed when increases the reps. Small gestures will go a long way. Planning to become a strict parent who forces their children off bad things will be difficult.

Failed NNN last night after watching a video on testosterone and how beating off and watching porn isn't bad for testosterone and in some cases has shown to increase it. the guy in the video was like " yea bro there's nothing wrong with jerking off just get it out of the way so you can move on with life." I used this advice as an excuse to fap even though I had been experiencing so many benefits from semen retention and even approached a girl and got her number that same day. I've had severe video game addiction in the past and was a bit too active on Discord for my liking, but my parents strictly forbade any activity on platforms like Instagram and Snapchat and did not accept degeneracy of any kind. My mother eventually found my Instagram and Discord accounts and locked them out, and now when I look back I thank god that he let things turn out this way, I cannot even imagine where I would be if I were still using those platforms. I plan on being a parent like such for my children in the future, inculcating them with good morals and teaching them to respect themselves enough to not seek soulless attention.

Our weaknesses are there to make us depend on Jesus Christ for strength. Don't be afraid to ask Jesus for help, He will give you the strength to overcome.
