I think using palettes we already have is a wonderful idea! The palettes that have come out just this last year were amazing - especially the Indie and CBeauty brands!
I want to buy fewer palettes this year because I have some lovely palettes, I have over 100 🙈 so I really want to make sure any that I buy that I'm going to use all of the shades and I really love the colour story.
I went crazy and bought many eyeshadow palettes. Then I realized that many shadows look identical when applied on my lids. So this year, I’ll buy only if I do not have the color!
@@SMITHYSONY Maybe you can do mix and match palettes. I often top matte shadows with shimmers in Minka Palette by Adept because they are the most sparkling simmers I have ever tried. It would be great to see combinations of what have already been released.
Hey Smithy! I would love to see videos of you using what is already in your collection, those are my favorite videos to watch! Shaaanxo has been doing a fun series where she shops her stash for a certain color of packaging, like full face of orange packaging. That could be a fun video to try 😁

I really think with need to keep politics and social justices out of makeup. It should be about the products. I’m not into cancel culture and everybody jumping on some bandwagon because of a post or someone liking a post.

@@erod97 thank you for the support
0:54 Same. I’ve been doing that. I mean, I still purchase blushes and highlighters but eyeshadows, I really slowed down last year.
@@erod97 I wish I was you.. I need to cut down on eyeshadow palettes

Maybe you could do a project pan/project use up to help you keep track & finish up products 😊

I understand you aren’t going to promote Er but would you say the formula of the latest palettes are on par with previous ones?
I love ER...they've created some of the most spectacular palettes I own (and I have a ton, both indie and high-end). I would love to see ER reviews.💕
Yes.. the new palettes are at par with the older palettes.. I would recommend it mostly for fair to medium skin tone. Specially the Snow moon
@@mariasaenz5687 i do too, just give me some time. I will resume it soon.
