I cant drink fast I have gag reflux and makes me physically sick .
Also the routine
Dosent work for me because I have problems from being off diet with executive function which as u be aware effects ability to plan a head to finnish tasks memory ect ect

HI Heidi - Yeah everyone is different with medicine speeds as long as it goes down that's the main thing. Could alarms on phones and stuff help with the reminders of medicine taking and even eating so you don't have to rely on your head doing the work?
