God help us! Between the Novus Ordo, the SSPX, the SSPV and a host of Traditional Orders in Full Communion with Rome, we’ll soon have more sects than the Protestants, God forgive us.
I’m the same age as this Bishop and I’m so tied of all these breakaway mavericks.
I go to Traditional Mass daily (an Order in Communion), I attend a NO Mass once monthly, I a Confess once or twice a month and take care to attend to all the precepts of the Church and and try to love my neighbour as best I can, but fail miserably on a regular basis. Thank God for confession!
If I can keep it up - and please God I will - I am confident I will be welcomed by Our Lord on Judgement Day, although a cleansing stop-over in Purgatory can’t be ruled out, but I welcome that also.
I welcome all Canonisations of Saints, pre and post V II and take great comfort in the likes of, for example, St Mother Teresa of Calcutta, who said: “God rewards effort, not results”.
Hence, I believe one should set out their stall and try hard and, in the words of Julienne of Norwich: “all will be well. All manner of things will be well.
A big God bless to this Bishop and all who read this response. I won’t bore you with another quote, but we all know what St Pio said.
I accept I’m not an intellectual, as many senior clerics seem to be, but I great faith in The Living Lord, Jesus Christ and I’m sure he’ll guide me home under His Mother’s mantle where I hope to meet all faithful Catholics no matter who they follow.

Yes, and it was before Bishop Rodrigo Da Silva was consecrated in 2021 (who was present at the talk, but was a Priest at the time and not a bishop)

Stay with the SSPX. Don’t fall off the branches. Archbishop Lefebvre did not compromise. If he did, the SSPX would not exist.

Sounds good. It is sometime after 2017 but before 2021, since Bishop Rodrigo Da Silva was there as a priest and not a Bishop yet. He was consecrated in 2021. 2018 or 19 sounds good

No, his excellency said nothing like this in this talk. What is the minute mark you are referring to?
@@StAnthonyPaduaRadTrad He was talking about Lefebvre school and ordaining him a Priest- so invalid. Then he said Thuc line Bishop made him a Bishop. Lefebvre was ordained by a freemason- Leonard, known freemason, first as a Priest and then as a Bishop. So no Powers transferred. Thuc line Bishop offered to correct Lefebvre's ordination, my Bishop, but he blew them off! So never corrected. Interview taken down online with Lefebvre refusing to address the problem so he knew-=doubtful=with proof of freemason invalid. Only a valid Priest can be made a Bishop. This Bishop didn't speak to any correction in ordination. Like Poop Francis is neither a valid Priest nor Bishop. PPL must dig deeper. Archbishop Lefebvre NEVER compromised. I am sorry that you say this. Look at the SSPX and what do you see? Certainly, they have not made any compromises. Just because they speak to the modernists in the Vatican, doesn’t mean that they have compromised. Such a blantant error on your misguided part. The SSPX have thrived. Where else do you see so many vocations?
They accept the new rites of consecration and ordination as valid. That is a major compromise. They refuse to call the modernists heretics! Instead they try and work with the heretics
I went 41 years without mass or sacraments thanks to the Novus Ordo.
The priestly fraternity of SSPX (society of St. Pius X) is the only reason I went back to church after 41 years.
The modern church had no spiritual benefit for me and I never looked back.
The pride and arrogance from this presentation is tragic.
