Thanks for making this video! Very helpful!!
thx for the info about level's transparency!
great video!
What about Signos?
So, don't get if I'm type 2 diabetes? Thx
I was looking at the Lumen. Would you say these CGMs are more accurate? Have you had any experience with Lumen?
Hey Pamela, you can find my review of Lumen here (jeffsiegelwellness.com/lumen-how-to-improve-your-metabolic-flexibility/)
I think CGM's and Lumen are complementary technologies. They measure different things. The CGM is going to give you more specific and actionable data.
Hey Pamela, Lumen is not technical a CGM. It measures C02 in your breath as a proxy for burning carb or fats. Lumen can also be a helpful device to learn more about your metabolic flexibility, but it doesn't tell you about specific changes in blood sugar like Levels or NutriSense will do.
Awright? Awright!
Great review, shame about not using a mic 🎤 😞
Glad it was helpful. Is it difficult to hear the audio? Do you have mic recommendation?
You couldn’t even bother to give general price info. Why so secret?
Hello, I'm not trying to be secret. I didn't want to quote a price at the time of making the video that is no longer accurate. I suggest you refer to the business website for up-to-date info on pricing and subscriptions as these things are always changing.
@@jeffsiegelwellness3894 It’s not about giving an exact quote, it’s about giving a ballpark idea of price. Yes prices can change. So can the specs and functionality, which you had no problem discussing. Going to the website is not helpful as they require you to provide your info first, which many don’t want to do. Sorry, price range is an important part of a review.
Levels has been disappointing- to say the least - they should team up with my fitness pal and I think it would be better/ I have 2 more CGMs
It is not accurate and info back is not terribly helpful
Just my experience
Hopefully people will one day realize what a scam NutriSense is. I was very excited to have my mom try the monitor out but what happened after that was just actually so horrible, they do a good job making people think they care though. What a joke.
Hey Molly, I'm sorry to hear about you Mother's experience. What happened? I have no affiliation with NutriSense, so I cannot comment on their customer service, but I do not think they're trying to wrong anyone.

Category #4: You’re lazy about what you eat and you don’t think it matters regardless of age
Yes, there's certainly a "this doesn't apply to me" attitude that we must all confront.
Glossing over the price like that is bs just tell me the price it’s all I’m trying to find on the internet
I recommend you don't use Nutrisense. I signed up initially for the 3 month plan. They invoice you, then they ship the CGMs - or not in my case. For the third month, they shipped my CGMs almost 2 weeks late (12 days to be exact). What did they offer me as compensation? Nothing. Here is the email they sent me:
"I understand that you're frustrated with the delay in receiving your CGMs for this month. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the shipment delay. The 4th of July holiday did impact the normal shipping schedule, resulting in a delay in delivery.
I have tracked your package, and it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, June 11th. Here is the tracking information:. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience."
Additional emails confirmed they had no remedy for delivering 12 days late but they were sorry and would provide no refund even for the almost 1/2 month I did not have a CGM.
