Pittsburgh...We Need To Talk About The Library Line

After reading through the NextTransit plans for the Port Authority of Allegheny County, I stumbled across some "Best Use Study" plans. Low and behold, the PAAC is looking to shut the Library Line (Silver Line), as well as rationalize other aspects of their light rail network. Today I aim to explain the whole sh!tuation and aim to analyze the actual costs of running, rebuilding, and replacing the Library line.
The nerdgasm video thing regarding the analysis of the operating costs will be posted at a later time, once I can get some more free time.
