Very nice tour of a very small but compact apartment -- looked okay for a single person with a temporary guest. Looks like a nice place; do they have larger apartments in the same building? Main drawback for me would be the "teensy-tiny, sort of a balcony but not" design -- which seems to be the same for every apartment there. Again, appreciate the nice tour of that small apartment - I think the strong and weak points were portrayed accurately.

Can you recommend a real estate agent who can help me find a place for 10K Bhat or less in a very nice neighbourhood and not far away from BTS. Thank you.

these are the opposite of luxury, horrible claustrophobic poorly designed SLOT, not anything I would ever live in. ALL the cabinets are mounted WAY too high so she can barely reach them. They are not useable. Is that 'living room' 3 feet wide or 4? the mirrors....so hideous. no room for bedside table or lamps. WTAF. who thinks this is luxury must have lived in a box on the side of the road.
