You’re missing the part with mounting a camera on the front of the VR headset, to record the hands/wheel/greenscreen before chroma. On paper it works, though I’ve got a feeling latency may be an issue with doing this real-time.

Well if you look closely you will notice that steering wheel and hands are green screened and not actual footage of the game, so what he has done is that he placed gopro camera on his head and played with vr headset and only put steering wheel and hands in video and that's why it looks so seamless

I like this... not all the shaky-ness like in some other vids. I think it would be awesome to have more "tracks" like this, where you're not racing, just going for a long drive and admiring the scenery. Plus have the option to spectate from the cabin during a replay.

the bmw's were added really early into the game and they should have been updated ages ago. new cars sound pretty good, and a few are absolutely amazing like the alfa 33 stradale
What makes me more immersed in car games is the sound. I love Code Masters sounds, even GRID Autosport in my phone gives me more enjoyment just because the sounds, than other new gen games
Marcelo Albuja Codemasters and Sector3 is the absolut kings of sound! The onboard details is simply stunning when they make sounds! Take a look at the video on YT where Codemasters made the sounds for DiRT 4. (Even this simcade by CM have better sounds than the sims)
And as always i see haters on good videos, especially on this one, they are either jealous or they are stupid enough, seriously how can you dislike a video like this, i now the sound is not very well but looking at the gameplay, man it almost feel like real life. Keep up the good work dude.

That AC track looks so realistic. It does a great job conveying the atmosphere of driving in a rural european country. At first glance I thought it was somewhere in germany (bavaria f.e.).
He sits in a Greenscreen-room (basically a complete green room). with a Chair the Steering-Wheel and the Pedals. He has a Vr-Headset with a Camera in front of it on. He records both in game and Camera Footage. In editing, he edita all green things from the Camera Footage away, and overlaps that Footage with the Ingame Footage.
