Anti gravity geometric heart and round topsy turvy cake. The geometric heart shell is made of one coat melted chocolate and a thick coat of chocolate ganache. Usually a thick chocolate coat makes it difficult to cut cake. A thin coat will make cake cutting bearable. The bottom support of geometric heart is made of thicker chocolate layer.
We stuck slanted conduit pipes to nuts and rods using melted chocolate. Also used melted chocolate to stick round cake to wooden board.
