Also the only majority Christian Orthodox country in Africa. Ethiopia just can't stop winning. I think Egypt is a tad overrated so if I were to visit one African country it would be Ethiopia.

I just said that if I were to visit an African country it would be Ethiopia because I like history and there is a lot of history and architecture there to explore and is safer than other African countries, especially those in Subsaharan Africa. It's not Europe levels of safety, not even Rwanda and Botswana levels of safety (the safest countries in Subsaharan Africa) but it's safer than most African countries. And the people seem genuinely good hearted and more chill. They have followed Orthodox Christianity for more than a thousand years after all. They don't follow you around acting all shady like what happened to China Mac in Kenya. While Ethiopia isn't the most developed African country I have high expectations from it, unlike another big African country like Nigeria. Nigeria is way too chaotic and way more tribal. They also have way less culture than Ethiopia. If Ethiopia puts more effort in their tourism industry as well as infrastructure it will have a bright future. Not something I feel about most of the rest of Subsaharan Africa (Rwanda and Botswana are the exceptions).

Large economy thanks to the infinity spices and natural resources on that land. Yet the living standards are still piss poor and the whole country is dirty and noisy beyond belief, not to mention dangerous. And not just because of the wildlife, rabid stray dogs or insects either. Meanwhile, Japan is an island nation with no natural resources whatsoever, and yet it's a 1000 times better country to live in than India is. Clean, safe, low cr!me rates, high living standards. India should be a literal heaven with how large it is and how many natural resources it holds. And yet it is quite the opposite of heaven, isn't it? A company from yet another island nation with barely any natural resources managed to control the whole Indian subcontinent not even a century ago... Amazing, isn't it?
