This is day 234 of my journey to get to a rating of 2000 on chess.com.
A little unhappy that I'm not spotting stuff still, but overall this series of games was fun. We played a Sicilian, a Jobava, and then a Sicilian again!
    So far on the series:
    175 wins 22 draws 144 losses

I watch a lot of 2K runs and this is the first I have seen that puts the eval board during the gameplay. I love this as someone who is learning because it was interesting watching your reactions to when the eval showed something as a mistake and you immediately went "that's odd." Awesome!

I think you're a little to optimistic with cheaters. That guy for sure plugged in stockfish or used an external source after that game 1. It's not that he found the best moves and ideas, his whole playstyle changed. He was without a doubt not playing fair.

You're probably correct, he did have a huge number of games with high percentages, but it's always hard to know for certain

Ofh, no, I was screaming "smothered checkmate" in my room when he moved the knight in game 2 hahaha, good game 1 even with losing the queen you got a nice conversion. You never fail to provide us good content. Your 3rd match opponent playing 2 brilliants back to back was really cool... his last move might as well be brilliant too... losing first match with that accuracy and winning 2 after with such high accuracy, I would definetly report, that seems not normal, very disappointing people do this, I had that happening to me, crushing someone and getting a rematch and getting cooked myself

You opponent used an engine for the second and third game, besides de 96% accuracy of the two games, Iam over 2000 Elo points and that move 15. giving the rook for no clear purpose in the opening is something that Iam not sure even magnus would do. This is some 3000 Elo point He is definitely cheating.

@@blogattacker I think you could be right, but I could see that giving the rook was correct after he did it, but yeah... IDK haha, I think if you understand the position then Magnus would find that no problem, but you might be right

Extremely suspect player after 1st game! Looking at the all time rapid chart, it also shows exponential rise in recent times highlighting likely engine support. Thinks he's being smart using it intermittently, but the all time chart shows it clearly.

@@Blunder_Man I don't know man, but it definitely looks suspicious, not just because of the two high accuracies in the subsequent game, but also how badly he played in the first game. He could be severely underrated since he climbed 600+ points in the last three months (and he has a Blitz of 1700ELO 2 years ago, now 1200) but the fluctuation in both Blitz and Rapid points are sus
