    I absolutely love Peter Pan collars. They remind me of my clothing when I was a kid. This looks easier for tiny ones.

    I had not thought to further reduce the bulk by clipping off the points after notching, or using a seam ripper to assist in smoothing the curve.

    Using the #57 foot helps with the 1/4" seam plus it's a smaller foot which makes it easier to see where you're going. Great tips on clipping the curves, thanks.

    I like how you notched the curve and then trimmed the tips of the notches off. I use the back side of my seam ripper to help push my curves. I will have to look for your handy tool next time I'm at the store.

      It's called a point crease turner. You can pick one up at Wal-Mart, Joann's. It's from Clover.
