What's funny is that despite this being a Tinkatink focused episode with her evolution, my favorite part of the episode was at the beginning was with Metagross being cutely adorable with its baked candy apple!!!
I really enjoyed this episode. Partly because I am a sucker for evolution episodes, but mostly because of the character progression Tinkatink had in this episode, culminating in her evolution into Tinkatuff as both a show of her resolve to help Dot and Quaxwell, and her determination to use her beloved hammer after all she went through to improve it. And small tidbit, I love the music in the background between Tinkatink trying to move her new hammer to her evolution into Tinkatuff. In someone else's words, not mine: "It SCREAMS determination". 9/10 for me.
⚒️9 tuffs out of 10⚒️! This tinkatink to tinkatuff episode felt like a journey. Despite this little munchkin crying a lot (well, by naturally circumstances), she made it her determination to achieve her goal, and it was so satisfying watching the results unfold. Sidenote: i believe the way these side Pokémon grow MAYBE linked to a game reference (Auto Exp share).
I'm ok witht the slow start. I really thought I'd be so annoyed about Tinkatink crying, but the writers made empathize to the baby bonk. Love the Mystery Dungeon moments. And her evolution was so emotional, love it.
i'm surprised, our thoughts are pretty different. i really loved this one, i didn't mind the slow first half, it was nice to get some time just taking a slightly more chill one i think. The comedy felt really slapstick and silly which reminded me of Sun and Moon a lot, like stuff being dropped on people's heads and stuff (poor Quaxwell man). also i think it's my favourite horizons evolution scene so far, maybe only Fuecoco's was better but i really loved this too. 8/10 from me, Dot episodes are peak as always

I enjoyed this episode mostly because of Dot's Tinkatink finally evovling into Tinkatuff and learning a new move. I'd give this a 7/10.
