2:09 Mobility/Warm-Up 2:42 Static Skills Training 3:44 Compound Movements 5:01 Compound Movements (Extra Volume/ Moderate Weight) 6:12 Isolate Weak Points 7:10 Cardio 7:47 Static Stretching Im about make a new workout something with like push, pull, legs. I been doing an aesthetic workout since I started training, Thank you. I never heard of someone mentioning that stretching is part of a workout and it really is. People ask me how long do I workout but I never mention the warm up or stretching so I just say 1 hour to an hour and a half.
I agree with most but an exception to the compound first and isolation second. If you're a beginner you'll wanna do compounds first, but if you're already advanced or even intermidiate and you have a lacking tricel or bicep. You can put that at the start for maximum growth. Just know that your compounds will obviouslly suffer. Just like your isolations do during the end. Its all about what you want
Awesome video! A lot of people are unaware of how to structure their workouts, especially Calisthenics driven ones. This will clear up a lot of minds. 🤙🏽🔥
Yo Austin, idk if ull ever see this, but I just wanna say thank you for all of your videos and motivation. They have helped me sooo much throughout the years. I just turned 17 but I have been subscribe to you since 12 right when you started these workout vids. My favorite set is the weighted pullups and the handstand which i followed until i got it down. My body is muscular and shredded because of you. Once again, Thank You1 (p.s.: come on people, get this man to 1mil subscribers!!!!)
But how do I structure one exercise? One warm up set and then another one with a litte more weight and then 3 working sets where alle of them have the max amount of weight and reps? Or should only the last set have the max weight with lower reps? Or should I go up and down? So confused🙈
Yes! You are correct actually. Cardio and weight training should be done separately. It is okay to do them on the same day, as long as you strength train first; but ideally if you want the best results from both, keep it separately.

Great video! How many exercises do you do per workout and how long does this typically take?

Is this partly based on the book 📕 overcoming gravity?
First one here 💯
And do you do any straight arm lifts?
Yo Austin, can I put some isolation exercise, lets say bicep curls on my push day or should I do some isolation exercise that includes pushing?
Usually you do pulling isolations on pull days. Same with push. But u can add whatever u like if u need more volume
Thanks man, keep it up!
How many exercises should you have in a workout?
wow
Collab with BIG BOY
Yerrrr
I separate weight training and cardio. I see them as 2 separate sessions, but that's just me.
