You will do good if you stick to btc but there are so many quality coins that are killing it and are going to continue to have massive profits. You just have to take profits while others are caught up in FOMO. I have big positions in INJ, ICP, BEAM. You will make way more money if you dip your toes in the water. For me, the smaller the coin market cap, the less I hold because there is more risk and less liquidity

Protocol gets hacked and you lose the value of your funds. That's the potential risk on most defi apps. Not too surprising to see that happen. Radiant Capital was hacked just this week.
Sui aims to be a utility. It should be evaluated for its technical merits than its price potential. It’s the devs that build on its network and the users they bring that should determine its value and not hype. Hype is what many blockchains today are all about just to pump up their token price. But Sui is showcasing their technological innovations, and as a developer, I appreciate that.

But the tech is good, new projects are providing incentives, and if it picks up real users, then even if VCs took most of the allocations (happens on a lot of big projects), there could still be long term potential.
