I bought a 5 pack of these from Amazon. It says, 18 watts @ 12 volts. It's more like 1.8 watts. To get more out of this amp, it has to have higher voltage, a bigger heatsink, and the output cap has to be changed from a 16 volt, to a 25 volt. They're not bad little amps for the cost, but don't expect much out of them unless you modify them.
Tell me more on modifying this, I wanted to get extreme bass only...
@@frankjay6533 replace the 470uf capacitor with 16v-35v 1000uf or 2200uf
then there will be more bass
reason:the TDA2030a module output capacitor is 470uf and it cuts off low frequencies so you should replace the capacitor with 16-35v 1000uf or 2200uf for more bass but it will not increase the loudness of output speaker
So how to increase loudness

You should use it on 12 volts. The sound will be much more clean.
