    The TDA2030 is a monolithic integrated circuit in the Pentawatt® package, intended for use as a low frequency class-AB amplifier. Typically it provides 14 W output power (d = 0.5%) at 14 V/4 Ω. At ±14 V or 28 V, the guaranteed output power is 12 W on a 4 Ω load and 8 W on an 8 Ω (DIN45500). The TDA2030 provides high output current and has very low harmonic and crossover distortion. Furthermore, the device incorporates an original (and patented) short-circuit protection system comprising an arrangement for automatically limiting the dissipated power so as to keep the operating point of the output transistors within their safe operating range. A conventional thermal shutdown system is also included.

    Basically TDA2030 has 14W output power capacity. You can upgrade the power by adding a pair PNP and NPN outputr transistor to increase current at lower load impedance. There's noway to upgrade the power capacity without those additional part. You didn't even measure the supply and output voltage to prove that you have upgraded it successfully.

    It can handle up to 36 volts +18-0-18 using a center tap transformer and I would say with a 4 ohm speaker it will output about 16 watts and if you use a high output speaker like a 124 DB it might sound more like 25 Watts

    The old TDA 2003 could actually handle 24 volts they use them in the old car stereos now note if you have an alternator that pushes 14 volts plus a battery and then if you had a backup battery that was 12 volts during the winter months it's nice to have cold crank lol🤓

      Nenhum técnico é insuperável tiozão. Já mudei um amplificador de 3 em 1 antigo de 10w para mais de 100w. Tudo é estudo e prática.

    This circuit technique is a half wave audio amplifier, provide higher Loud level but I don't know this fidelity result.

    знаете, мне грустно от того, в каком мире мы живем. то есть как бы никто не спорит что это работает, но никаких 100 ватт там и близко нет.если рассматривать видео как чувак сделал усилитель на коленке, то да круто(с учетом того что уже готовый модуль с распаяными компонентами и микрухой можно купить за копейки). а вот если задуматься, то можно понять, что нас просто обманули и никаких 100 ватт там нет даже с искажениями если брать.а грусно от того, что 2,3 тысячи человек поверили в видео и лайкнули.

      it says 300W in the video, probably he have good sensitivity speaker and its have some excursion that some people sees and believes the 300watts of output power. I had the same mistakes as some peoples here. Novadays if i build a project amplifier, i do full measurement on the input and output and Q pins.

      An opamp would definitely push it even harder like a jrc4558

      My Marshall guitar amplifier with a 6-in speaker has the TDA 2030 in it and Marshall used two of those jrc 4558d op amps as a drive stage. to push that chip. Most of the chips require some type of opamp to really get the full potential of output power of the TDA 2030 chip amp.

      Poor electronicist, you only chose to make the components that in Romania we had the TEHNIUM magazine that showed you everything to learn electronics and you could buy corroded amplifiers just to assemble them yourself, you could make high power speakers yourself...
