Which are of course a religious symbol, and she also said that she's "have some knowledge of the occult" in some story mode, i dunno man but all these seem to implies that she isn't your typical mad scientist who just happens to be interested in Magic LOL and seem to actually be consistent with her Implied religious nature or behavior as shown in those endings . (Also a little bit off-topic here but in real life there's a decent amount of scientists That do have personal religion or religious belief, they just generally not showing it aside from maybe being asks about it).

Hence Yumemi and Sumireko being human final bosses that also have to fight themselves in their debut game (with many other similarities in appearance), Ellen and Mike being shopkeepers and also have some cat-related involvement, Shinki and Byakuren (and by a stretch, Keiki), Elly and Komachi, etc.
