I love the part at 1:39 to 2:01 The part here from 2:52 to 3:15 and I’m not even talking about the drum solo at 3:36 that makes reference to Chiyuri’s theme, and the part next to 4:03 is godlike I’m not talking about those gorgeous Zunpets. You caught both modernity and nostalgia in this arrangement / remastered version of Strawberry crisis in Jououen style. Yumemi Okazaki, what a great character, as a biology student I have a special link with her. Her last name refers to Tsuneko and Reiji Okazaki, a couple of Japanese molecular biologists. They just discovered how DNA simply replicated on Escherichia coli, something extremely simple you know… ( /j in case it’s supposed to be ironic ) ( Here’s the explanation of DNA replication for shorts with my words, good reading if you’re curious ! By the way even if replication of DNA and its structure isn’t the same in humans cell and bacteria, they are both replicated following the same process, a strand of DNA is replicated in the good direction 5’ to 3’ in one and single strand. A primer in RNA is formed then an enzyme will start replication. But the other strand is replicated in the bad direction in 3’ to 5’. Then the replication is done in many shorts strands called Okazaki’s fragments. Then another enzyme will come and will erase the primer made of RNA on every single fragments and will join the fragments made with DNA to form the new strand perfectly working. ) I remember in second year of college talking about her and the way DNA is replicated during the first class of molecular biology at university. My teacher was impressed by the knowledge Touhou gave me. I love her much more than before cause of my studies. I love making links with Touhou and my studies in biochemistry, both things I love the most in my life ( with drawing and my cat

THIS takes everything good about the original track and modernizes it so faithfully and beautifully to Touhou music today! You did an absolutely incredible job with this cover!
I know I’m late to the party (2 weeks) but this is SO GOOD! This was one of my favorite PoDD themes and Yumemi is one of my favorite PC-98 characters, and I’m happy to see a remix in the modern style. Also, if she ever makes a comeback, imagine if her cape got the same treatment as Utsuho and Chimata’s, maybe with atoms or shapes flying around a galaxy, I would ASCEND.
This remaster is fantastic! I love how it captures the vibe of the original and matches the modern Touhou style, really, amazing work! Also that drum solo reminded me of Sailor of Time and that's such a good callback lol

One of the best remixes of Strawberry Crisis I've heard, and I'm a huge fan of the original. It's really hard to remix while keeping the spirit of the original. The FM goodness is difficult to translate into other styles well, unlike songs like say Desire Drive which fits really easily into most styles, even going back to a FM remix with some PC98 demakes of it.

I honestly like this more than the Paradise of Boundaries version. This keeps it simple and faithful to the original, but does it well.
If only, I would play UDoALG even more often! Even though PoDD PVP is really fun too!
