How to Make Sugar Ferns l Flower Pro l Sugar Flowers

This silicone mould is highly detailed and will work to produce a single piece of fern or wire together elements to create larger ferns. There are five fern elements that each has an optional wire channel. This is a food safe mould created in collaboration with Chef Nicholas Lodge as part of the Flower Pro range.
