Helite eTurtle 2 | Are airbags worth the investment?

I recently purchased a Helite eTurtle 2 airbag vest. Airbag motorcycle gear is expensive and sometimes a bit of a hassle to wear. Is it worth the investment?

I agree with you on every point and own a tethered version Helite, that being said I also live in Texas, far west Texas and man the only thing stopping me from wearing it all the time is the heat. Hearing your from South Texas makes me feel like a big baby ! Lol...This summer, iv'e tried but it is just too much sometimes. I guess you do have to weigh what works for every individual but am glad to hear someone else and their opinion. Great video....

You have to do what's comfortable for you, and how much risk you want to accept. You said it, risk mitigation.

Still lovin' my Goldwing Tour Rob. Watching you go through your decision back then on what to buy got me thinking about wanting one my whole life and I got off the pot so to speak and bought one.. Sorry I sold my S10 a couple years ago though. How many miles do you have on yours now? You've had it about 10 years now.

Awesome Doug! I'm glad you are loving the Goldwing. Fantastic bike for sure. I'm still enjoying mine. Yea I've had the ST for 10 years now. I'll have to let it go one day. I'll keep it for at least another year. The ST hasn't hit 50k yet
