The top floor is beautiful and the lighting and space throughout the house is ideal
First at 55 million, definitely worth the price. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are very large and modern....Yard space is not bad. The misses....Unfinished doors and door jams throughout the house, the clutter in some of the rooms. Again at 380,000US, a good price for a modern updated house in that area.
Jesus!! Every door and window have a burglar bar....thats crazy!! I would feel like a prisoner in my own home.

That outside jacuzzi is definitely an afterthought, you can tell by the way how they made those steps to entre.
Massive primary bedroom. Just a heads up Hun. French doors are double doors that both have independent hinges. Sliding doors are patio or patio style if internal. Hope that helps. Keep doing what you're doing. I'm a fan. Blessings always ❤️🇬🇧🇯🇲

Love your house tours per usual... Maybe that first bedroom was designed for a second "Primary". I'm building a similar concept for when my husband and I can't go up and down the stairs, we can still enjoy a similar feeling to the main Primary bedroom.
We are doing the same thing , Having a identical master suite on the first floor for when we are older and can't go up the stairs

Nice house. Just a little suggestion, if the owner want to appeal to overseas buyers they should clean up all areas in the house before showing. Not trying to be mean just an observation. Unclean areas are a big turn off.
What a dont like about these how the interior never done,outside always looks good ,but the finishing inside is poor
Not worth $55m this house is not modern enough for that price. Doors are cheap, door jams not even painted and not even mirrors in the bathroom.

Its a nice property but to me not worth the cost it needs a bit more updating. You did a great job showing it though and don't mind the haters they'll always be here use them to keep pushing through and do what your doing cause you're doing an awesome job

The dressing table/ chest of drawers + mirror in the main bedroom, is the only piece of furniture I like in the entire house.

I don't like the layout of the house. The wardrobe is small.
You can't walk through the wardrobe to get to the bathroom.
That house needs a lot of work to remodel the whole layout. All those internal grills remind me of a prison. That would have to be a no for me. The house is very disappointing, especially when you look at the outside of the property is inviting.
Very poor organisation of layout. The house is far too expensive to buy, taking into the account of the remodelling which needs to be re done.

The master bathroom has no mirrors? Why is it necessary to have iron bars on the second level? And by the way, those sophisticated shower stalls with all those functions, will be a nightmare in the future when something goes wrong..

Poor design throughout, and needs to be updated. Many features are missing, like a vanity/mirror in the bathrooms, wardrobe, closet space, and so forth. The space is not made use of very well at all. Unappealing overall.

People need to get a grip on housing in JA they cant have quality for nothing. Let them try and build in that area and see how far they get and then show us!
