- Backstory:
I blew the motor on my old '93 Honda Shadow (Rusty) and was planning to swap a replacement motor for it. One day, while browsing on Craigslist, I found a mint '98 Shadow for dirt cheap. Instead of swapping over the motor, I decided to build this bike and swap Rusty's parts over. Overall, the build took around 3 weeks. Finished it in time for Born Free 10.

I am working on a vlx right now, and im trying to figure out how to make the bottom of the tank to swallow the knuckle in the frame. How is your tunnel designed to look so smooth over the frame?

Grande Haroldo, as rodas são as mesmas da shadow com pneus de carro, e o amortecedor traseiro é um mono-ink que é diferente do pro-link , e a suspensão dianteira, disco de freio e a pinça de freio flutuante também são as mesmas da shadow. Eu já tive tive duas shadow 600 e hoje estou com a terceira shadow 600. Eu customizei as dua primeiras. Eu coloquei uma roda na traseira da TL 1000 da suzuki com freio a disco e pneu 200/55/17 . Ficou show de bola. Você tem moto?

Where do you hide all the switches for light and stuff like this?
I removed all the switches and only kept the headlight switch which is behind the headlight. The push start button is relocated under the tank.

I hope you jetted this ones carburetor lol I saw your other one, and apparently you think it's ok to cut off an exhaust without adding more fuel. Hence your blown motor from running lean and hot.

How does that fender hold passenger?
I bet that the seat is fairly rigid on it's own, plus it's held up by the sissy bar so the fender isn't really holding anything.
The seat is bolted down on the fender, sissy bar, and above the fake oil tank

How do you lower the front forks on your bike?
open the caps of the forks, there should be a long metal tube. Cut the metal tube 1-2 inches depends on how low you want your bike
I did that before but the ride was awful..you could hear the things bouncing inside the forks. Is there another way?? like some sort of lowering kit?
hm that's weird, all of us did the same method and we didnt hear any bouncing
