If I had a best episode that I constantly think about, it’s the talent show for Drag Race Espana season 2. That talent show was unmatched and you can tell that the producers gave them a lot of time and freedom to create whatever they wanted
Man, just that first talent had so much production for that challenge!
And then the lip sync was atrocious 💀

kinda surprised that the S9 reunion is rated lower than the S9 finale. it's truly a 10 out of 10 episode - every line is iconic, every face expression is a meme, everyone got to put their 2 cents in. it was hysterical!!!
The best episode of any franchise ever is probably the UKS2 Covid comeback episode. It truly has everything!
the gag of them coming back months after, the "new" faces, joe black coming back, ding dang dong, h&m moment, the runway was excellent too, awhora vs sister sister chips gate....... its just so iconic, UK2 will remain (at least in my opinion) one of the best seasons of drag race period
Whilst U K Hun and everything in that episode is absolutely iconic, I was still expecting to see Laganja's AS6 episode on here. The challenge was great, and then obviously the lipsync is EVERYTHING!
UK S2 ep 5 is the most iconic. It starts with the aftermath of Ginny walking off, then Ru says sorry girls, there is a pandemic, go home. Then they come back 7 months later, Veronica is out, Joe returns, THEN the song, then H&M....oh, and the Awhora outfit copy allegation. It's a rollercoaster lol. My fave ep of all time, any franchise
Seeing Mera stand up is like seeing a dog walk on it's hind legs. I was not ready.
THE CREST OF HOPE!!! I wear a special ring with that etched into to always remind myself to hold on to hope. It’s amazing how much “silly” Digimon was such an instrumental piece of art in childhood through now.
The looks this episode are amazing! The sexy werewolf, the 13 Going on 30 dress, the Digimon cosplay. Everyone looks so good!
The best episodes are even better with an epic lipsync.
Drag Race France Rusical was definitely my fav episode of 2023. Also great to see UK up there for two years.

My favourite Season 3 episode is 'Ru Ha Ha,' which is the stand-up challenge. It has the Reading challenge, Shangela's lineup strategizing, one of the best guest judges ever in Rita Rudner, hilarious performances with 'Laquifa' and Yara's character, a Heather going home and Manila's legendary 'Macarthur Park' lip sync. A perfect epsiode.
In fact I'm going to go on imdb and give it 10/10 right now.

Also surprised that Espana S2 Talent show did not make the list. I think for a while it was the higher rated one but 2022 is recent enough for things to keep changing.
I doubt Wigloose would make it though. The lip sync and the elimination are just bad. Spicy drama but I think the best ones usually have a solid lip sync as well.
I was watching this video right after the previous one, working at the same time, my water flask was in blocking part of the screen. Imagine after 10min of video when I finally discovered the right part of the screen with Mera's look. Almost like a jumpscare !
One thing I have never heard anyone discuss is Sasha's look on the season 9 finale. Her dress and long red wig are so gorgeous. The colors against her pale skin look incredible.

IMHO the episode for 2019 should have been Thai Musical from Thailand Season 2. It’s probably my all time favourite Drag Race episode. The lip sync between Angele and Kana is iconic
Break up Bye Bye went to No.35 In the UK charts whereas UKHun went to No.4 in the UK charts. Both charted but Bing Bang Bong was a genuine smash and was played on radios and TV over here.

My fav thing from ss10 was definitely the runway. I mean.. aquaria, cracker, asia. It was all different but top tier in what they’re do👏👏

Why does everyone forget about Jessica Wild when it comes to Snatch game season 2? IMO she should have been in the top, she already cracked the code in season 2, she was just having fun and making Ru laugh

Down under would probably have the last 2 positions because those seasons were a mess.
As far as Drag Race go, Ongina was obviously the first to open up about her HIV status, but we should never forget the first to do it on an American reality TV show; Pedro Zamora on The Real World: San Francisco. This was all the way back in '94. It was really groundbreaking and eye opening at the time, 'cause prior to that show we'd nearly always see HIV positive gay men portrayed negatively in the media. We finally got to see a humanizing portray of someone living with HIV.

I definitely feel like AS6 lipsync smackdown should have been on this list, that was such a great episode
I object to saying Sasha Velour struggled to make the finale or even that she was an underdog. Sasha and Shea were the obvious top two going into the finale. Sasha never had to lipsync, and the one time she was placed in the bottom 3, she was never at risk of going home. Plus she deserved a couple solo wins she never received, like the ball challenge, for example, where Shea was given the win even though she her rainbow look didn't fit the category.
By the time we hit the finale, Sasha had performed the best of the season in spite of Shea and Trinity's wins, simply because Shea and Trinity were both in the bottom 2 and at risk of going home throughout the season, while Sasha never was.

To me, one of the very best episodes is Katja in Thelma and Louise. This was to me, the most fantastic episode of all time in Drag Race!
If Sasha Velours were to come back, do you think she would top her performance from Season 9's finale, make something as good as the rose petals ?
