Do You Need a Concrete Slab? Pour it yourself!

I need a concrete slab for my fireplace and BBQ structure we are building in our backyard. I also need to pour the footings for the pergola, So I build the forms and rented a cement mixer, then poured a slab for the first time.
Tools and Items needed: Plate compactor, Pneumatic hammer, Circular saw, some 2x12, 2x6 and 2x4 boards, cement mix, gravel, sand, concrete anchor bolts, cement mixer, buckets, wooden stakes, a String level, a Hammer, Screw gun/driver, a shovel, a concrete float, wood screws and nails, and your personal safety gear.
