In 2017 we bought our first sprinter van and spent 30 days renovating it into our dream tiny home. The plan was to van life around the world and we'd made it all the way from Canada to Africa. Fast forward to COVID...us abandoning our van in a Moroccan parking lot, flying home to Canada, converting yet another van, and then moving to our cabin in the woods.
We've always envisioned moving into the woods by the lake and building our dream tiny cabin as a home base for us to come back to in between our international van life travels. With our sights set on returning to Morocco (after this hard year of cancer treatment), we thought it was time we dust off our van life skills. So, we squeeze 4 people into our sprinter van conversion for 48 hours!

I’ve never heard of misophobia. I don’t mind hearing people eat, as long as they don’t chew with their mouth open. Either way, you both are adorable.
My mother was diagnosed with BC around the same time you guys began sharing your journey with cancer with us. You’ve helped me help her so much and I will be forever grateful for that. She’s doing well and is almost done with all her treatments and I’m so unbelievably glad.
It makes me so happy to see you guys back doing what you love. ❤️

I'm on team Bec on the eating noises. But, with how amazing Eamon has been this last year he can eat as loud as he wants. I find after watching you two for years and then this last year, I love you both so much and I haven't cried so much for someone I've never met ever. I had cancer too and I think that your sharing of your journey will help a lot of people. Thank you for sharing your lives and helping me be a better version of myself by watching you both. ❤

I don't find it rude , I just find it nerve shredding... I suffer from misophonia also and it's made life utterly miserable... incessant dog-barking, loud neighbors, car horns etc drive me insane...it's like a metal skewer piercing the brain... I wish it wasn't so...(surprisingly, loud music is fine!)

I went through cancer in 2020 and the day I finished treatment, my partner and I left to travel around Australia. Thinking about getting back on the road gave me the strength to go through the horrible year I had. I’m so happy is over for you as well, and that you can go back to do all the things you love and travel the world! 💛

I too suffer from mysophonia...it's miserable when your family doesn't believe it's a real disorder. Love all y'all and sooo admire Bec's strength and Eamon (many others) incredible support although im sure your last year has been scary as hell for everyone. Great video!

It wasn't until Eamon mentioned in a vlog a few years ago that I realized that what I had - had a name... mysophonia! I can't handle repetitive noises... dripping of a tap, my mom running her hand back and forth over a pillow, tapping of a foot, etc. I was soooo glad that Eamon put a name to it back then because I thought I was just a b****! Turns out, I am still a b**** but there's a reason for it! 😂 Oso's reaction to the drone was hilarious!! Love how loving all of you are!! It makes my heart happy! 🥰

Also kudos to you for driving through Quebec. My husband and I frequently visit my family in Newfoundland and the most stressful part of our trip is always the drive through Quebec, specifically near Montreal 🤣 there's beautiful scenery though!

Edit to add that I am 100% team Bec for the loud eating. I cannot STAND hearing loud chewing or breathing. It sends me into such an uncomfortable feeling of discomfort and rage. I totally relate lol.
We’ve just adopted our own Ozo. We’ll, he looks very like Ozo. A month ago we were on a boat holiday, cruising on a small boat down the river from Norwich (the English one) and came across a dog stuck on a river bank that was inaccessible from land. With the help of a couple of kayakers we managed to rescue the dog. He spent just over a week with the Norfolk Dog Wardens, just in case his owner turned up, and now we’ve adopted him. Considering where he was found, we think someone threw him off a boat. We’ve called him Pozzick as that’s the Norfolk way of saying ‘Postwick’, which is the nearest place to where he was found.

I have a terribly annoying chronic illness and today I was having a terrible, terrible, no good day. Just the four of you messing around brought my spirits up. I love you all so much. And Bec and Amy you are so beautiful that your hair is secondary to your aura and overall goodness. Keep well.

We've done four in a van a few times now, sometimes by choice and others by necessity due to our van breaking down and catching fire, lol thank goodness for friends who took us into their van! Team Bec all the way. I also struggle with misophonia and can totally relate. I never knew it was a thing until a few years ago when a relative saw a TV show that had a story about it. I thought for years I was a terrible person for feeling the way I do when I'm triggered. Now at least I know it's not my fault anymore. You've been through so much and your channel is just wonderful. You guys and Kara and Nate, are my go to for great videos. Keep up the great videos and hang in there from a fellow misophonia sufferer. It was really nice to hear from you that we're not alone in our disorder.

I have spent the last several months catching up on *Eamon* *&* *Bec* from 2-4 years ago. It is a slight shock today seeing Becca with short hair but still with her _great_ personality. I really enjoyed seeing the 20 frame clip of Lee! What a doll she was! Where can I find out more about her? (Was she Canadian? How did Max & Occy relate? Was she an employee of Chaiwalla? Where did she go after Morocco?) Glad to see that the smiles and grins of Eamon & Bec are even more firmly folded-in than before!

the beginning of the hike and convincing everyone reminded me of that time when Bec and Lee were so stoked on that hike that had the incorrect distance on it and it turned into an out and back instead of a loop because you didn't have proper snacks and losing the daylight and this hike was gonna be super long and this video moment just brought that memory back and I just want to give a shout to to LEE!!!

We put the ticks we find in a bottle filled with a little rubbing alcohol (less than a fourth). When you've got them in there, cap and shake the bottle a little to knock the ticks down to the bottom. If you want to reuse the bottle, just swish the alcohol around and rinse out the dead ticks. If there are a ton of ticks on our dogs or we're in a pinch, we use a lint roller or sticky tape. Hope this helps!
