MH business class standard has dropped a lot . I last flew with MH in 2015 SGN-KUL -SYD when the service was impeccable. I hope MH executive read these feedback and change their practice or their pricing otherwise they will followed Thai Airways into bankruptcy

That A332 will be out of service soon, if I'm not mistaken as the lease is till this year. Plane was previously operated by the defunct Air Berlin.

The aircraft used on the flight between Perth and KL do not reach the standard expected of business class. This is especially true of MH125 from KL, as the aircraft is very old and cramped. The seat does not turn into a lie-flat bed. On my aircraft the charge point and wifi weren't working and the armrest was broken. Although there were only 16 business class seats yet they ran out of one of the meals very quickly. The toilet seat would not remain up, which made it difficult for male passengers. The coffee was nescafe instant and the 'champagne' was an unknown brand. Even as premium economy it would have been disappointing. The saving grace was the crew- they were wonderful!
My flight was totally same 😢 but some crews were okay, not all 😅
All MAS flights to Perth are on very old aircraft, dated and not worth the fares we pay on business class,

Flown with them a few times recently, both economy and business. One trip was through to London. On all occasions the aircraft were not the cleanest and some things just didn't work, even on a fairly new A350. They are good value when significantly discounted below the likes of Singapore Airlines, but not worth equal pricing, which seem to be the case at the moment.
All airlines out of Perth are way too expensive. I could fly return to BKK from LHR for less than the price of a PER-KUL or Changi just now.
Yeah I feel unhappy about their hardware :’(
@@unidentifiedtraveler Cabin crew are great, apart from some of their older guys who seem to think they are god's gift to aviation.

I recently flew with Malaysian airlines to BKK return they were very good I flew with Singapore airlines last year same route and Malaysia airlines were alot better lift your game SIA.
@@Gavin-yu4xs That's the problem with individual experience. I used to defend BA as I had no problems with them when many of my friend's had dreadful experiences. That changed, but its often down to the flight on the day.

Where did the turbulence happen?Was it in Malaysian airspace and was the cause heavy rain or strong winds? Because the last time I flew to Australia, there was NO air turbulence at all.
I remember that there was severe turbulence about 2 hours after the plane took off.
Turbulence in MAS always there and then no hot drinks for all 10 hours
SIA and CP always have hot drinks
And one toilet is always out of order on any MAS plane
MAS needs to improve its business class seats badly.
Still wondering why they choose those style 😅
@@unidentifiedtraveler they bought them 2nd hand and never changed / upgraded the seats. Bout time they get an accelerated programme to bring these seats in line with most other good carriers

I do this flight twice a month have do e since opening business in 2012 prior to pandemic fights were resonable in price and excservice. They have trebled in price service a d condition of planes are terrible the last 3 flights they ran out of food for me so ne it ot late at night but the staff really could not care. I have put in 4 complaints and never received any answer or anything actually they had my enrich number which is gold it was down graded from platinum during the non travel of pandemic

Very rude and uncalled for remark. Their main duty is for everyone’s safety. With age they have refined and experienced enough to handle onboard issues.

Cabin crews are to provide best quality service, not for your eye-comfort! This is 2023 and it was you who still has such low class mentality of thinking cabin crews must be good looking.
