I dabbled with IF off and on a few years ago, but after listening to your podcast and getting more informed, I started IF more seriously during the week. I have been feeling great doing it. I'm not staring at the clock waiting to eat my next small snack/meal. I find I feel fuller faster and am not looking to snack at night before bed. And I'm listening to my body more and feel more connected to my body, knowing what actual hunger feels like versus bored eating. Thanks for all your videos!!!

So much, YES! Love your channel! I’m a Breast Cancer Survivor of 2 years, 💪🏼💖 and the health benefits of intermittent fasting are real! Talk with your PCP. And get yourself a mammogram! 😉

Thanks for posting I have PCOS too and my doctor just told me to do IF and I thought oh I remember Kim and Penn talking about that (guess I didn’t listen the first time) so I just found this to find out what you said about it. I was skeptical but now knowing you have pcos too that has given me hope so thank you for sharing.

Great Video. Been IF/Keto for about a year now. Fasting is so much more low-key and easy to maintain.

I was doing IF for a while. But I stopped because my youngest little really loves when I eat breakfast with her before school. And because she is the baby in the family ( 13 is still a baby when it's your last ) I have a super hard time saying no,lol. But you are inspiring me to get back into it. Maybe I'll start in June. She will sleep in during the summer, lol

@@jaclynreifsnyder3749 No, I didn't deny myself what I wanted. If I wanted Mexican food...I really enjoyed the chips and salsa but would have soup as my meal.

Watching you talk about this makes me really need to talk to my nephrologist about this. I have to check that I can do it without passing out

I *realize* you’ve heard this 94,725 times. But. My friend cured his UC with the “Breaking The Vicious Cycle” way of eating. (by Elaine Gottschalk)
His UC was so bad the doctors didn’t know how he was living, and wanted to remove ... everything from his gut. He went on this diet as a last-ditch Hail Mary and within 2 months, his colonoscopy was so “good”, one doctor thought it must be someone else’s results.
I hope this is helpful info for someone.
Your food is very healthy, Kim-and there’s a lot of it! 😊

I have UC too. Are you on any meds? I use diet and LDN. Look into it if you are curious.

I’ve been doing Lazy Keto with 16/8 IF for a couple of months-love it & feel so much better. It has def helped my Microscopic Lymphatic Colitis (different from yours, but similar). You should check out Dr. Berry’s short video about IF-you would love him!
