I've been to Phillipines and other countries, but Thai people are the best! After this COVID-19 I truly wanna come back and stay longer! When I retired I wanna live there for a while as well! Thai is in my heart!

Because the Cost of living is cheap, Complete facilities, Good public utilities, Good transportation, can travel easily and cheaply. The food is delicious and very clean even street food Inexpensive and modern rooms are very luxurious. Thai people are very hospitable and friendly when seeing foreigners. Just came back from Thailand yesterday May 9th 2022 after 7 weeks and I am planning to go back again later this year. What an amazing country, people, food, beaches etc etc etc. We went all these places exept Koh Tao and Chang but there also places like Phang Nga Bay, Koh Samet or Koh Phangan (especially if you want experience Full moon) that are must go ! Also Pai ,west of Chiang Mai is a cool little backpacker's spot

It's like eating pineapples. For example: Phu Lae and Trat Si Thong. They are completely different looking fruits from completely different parts of Thailand, but both tasty. One person prefers mountain trails, the other will choose beautiful beaches and the sunset, a romantic will fall in love with a phenomenal lake, and yet another will be delighted with a huge waterfall. To get to know this country well, you need to spend a lot of time there. Then you can even reach places that you won't find in colorful advertising brochures.

I have been going to Thailand for 6 years, I usually spend a month and a half in Indochina and there are still many places I would like to see. Are you a person who prefers to spend time only by the sea or do you like mountain hiking? @@debjeetroyboringbankerubi Sorry, I was busy. As I wrote earlier, it is difficult to recommend places worth visiting in Thailand to someone without knowing what someone really expects. It's like eating pineapples. For example: Phu Lae and Trat Si Thong. They are completely different looking fruits from completely different parts of Thailand, but both tasty.
One person prefers mountain trails, the other will choose beautiful beaches and the sunset, a romantic will fall in love with a phenomenal lake, and yet another will be delighted with a huge waterfall.
To get to know this country well, you need to spend a lot of time there. Then you can even reach places that you won't find in colorful advertising brochures.
I was going to Thai Lan in early 2020, unfortunately the covid 19 epidemic had to cancel every thing in the trip 😓. Hope to come here next year.

I love living here for the last 20 years it is cheap and I basically retired here at 43 and now 63 years old, lovely country and haven't been back to the U.S. at all and watched 9/11 on t.v. when it was live and all the violence in America school shootings lousy presidents and the high prices of everything I would probably be broke by now if I had stayed there. I also found a nice and beautiful lady here and on my 2nd marriage are doing fine.

I am pensioner for 4 years time in Ankara Turkey had changed 10 jobs in the country, left behind after 7 years marriage to math teacher lady. I had visited Thailand's 5 seaside cities and proposed marriage to 2 thai ladies but had negative responses otherwise I have been married in Rayong for decade as I had initially visited Thailand 1997, then 3 more times until 2011. My ultimate aim as baptist is to find thai lady and be confidant in life with her and my thai citizen children. I have visited Bkk, Krabi, Rayong, Phuket, Pattaya, Ko Phi Phi, Ko Chang, Jomtien. I had also visited Shanghai, Shenzen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Fuzhou, Tianjin, Wuxi , Hanzhou in my 4 visits in 2.5 month total. Instagram hakanozcanankara
